I had a vivid dream of woman and I jumping from something. The sensation of falling was something else man. And it wasn't slow as usually described, it was really fast. The ground coming closer and closer, or rather I. As I smacked against the ground or rocks it felt as if I just bounced out of my body and floated like a bobber, where the air was water. I wasn't solid matter but like gas but I think I still had the sensation of a body.
It was terrifying falling but I enjoyed what came after. Since I had this dream it's constantly been on my mind. I keep imagining myself jumping from a high place.
Perhaps this won't make sense or maybe it'll be seen as silly unless you've had this experience before. It's too early to really transfer our dreams to each other, if we could wouldn't it be on par with religious experience?

> if we could wouldn't it be on par with religious experience?
Yep. Every altered state of conscientiousness can be considered a religious experience. As a example, when people use psychedelics like psilocybin, many people would describe it as very religious. Now, for a second imagine that our "default", our baseline, was the psilocybin headspace. If you could change our state to what you call "normal" today, that other change would be very religious, because you're watching things from other way, other perspective, that you haven't watched yet. It's like for a child to discover a new color. She haven't seem that color yet, so she can't know what is it.
That's why it's so interesting the idea of indirect realism: reality itself does not exist, what exist is the perceived reality ("be is to be perceived" - Berkeley). We perceive the world from a very limited spectrum of 5 senses (plus sinestesia)... how about other possible interpretations? As a example, we can only see light from 300-900nm. What about the others frequencies? We can't seem. They exist, all around us, but we can't perceive it.
I'm not even talking about metaphysics, it's just plain physics that we as humans, all too humans, can't perceive.
Related: go watch Paprika (2006)... seriously. Waking Life (2001) is also good.

I feel like i have had something similar, falling off of a high place then sort of dissipating after i hit the ground. Or at least flying any direction into anything hard. Definitely have had the floating feeling while still retaining a sense of "body". If you liked it look into lucid dreaming and find some cliffs to jump off of.
Reminded me of pic related, then i noticed your name is Neo. Pretty cool.

I remember having one vivid dream where for some reason I was driving without ever have gotten my liscensce and I was doing terrible and fuarrrked up and drove straight into oncoming highway traffic. I got hit and then sort of zoomed out of my body and got angry and worried realizing I just died. All of that happening in a few seconds before waking up.

I once had a dream where I jumped or fell from a big cliff. I had it like 4 years ago, don't remember much of it, just falling really quickly and watching as the ground keeps coming closer and closer and the moment I hit it the dream ends.

I had a dream last night where I suppose I was an astronaut that had some disease cured when I fell back asleep during rentry. The commissioner was walking with me and another space buddy of mine on Earth discussing that I can probably do it again without going crazy and I'd be a great thing to do for the sake of research. He told me that anders breviek(the right wing terrorist from Norway) had done it and it cured his depression and things. He also told us that he himself went up and it fixed the problems with alcohol he had. I told him that I wasn't interested, right about as we were to walk up a large marble staircase. As I turn around and head up with my friend, about halfway up I hear what sounds like a gun and for a split second I feel like someone knocked me out. Suddenly I holy awake and it's already morning. Pretty cool stuff.

Shouldn't this bring the opposite reaction (or inaction)?
You've already experienced the jump several times that you should be satisfied.
Though that's just how things work, there's either the opposite or the equal re-action that is redundant.
Perhaps you were too attached to the "enjoyment" part that you already ignore the experience or requisites that come before the enjoyment kicks in?
That sounds dangerous.
Death from falling is not the best thing.
Your hearing is the last thing to go, the floor is cold and the smell of the floor lingers in your final memory as your breathing starts to have difficulty "this smell s*cks", you hear people cowering in fear or making stupid sounds, shrieks, concerns, calling, then you'd have an out of body view of yourself momentarily before going back to the cold ass floor as your stomach and body feel from burning warm to drastically colder and colder from blood loss which would then blanket you warmth as the blood surrounds your immovable body that probably moves on its own.
