Is this movie any good?

I don't know but from what I've read it's similar to Akira

I liked it for the "steam-punk" setting, the good animation and the fact it was almost devoid of dramatic or saddening moments. Not a "feel good" movie nor something incredible to watch absolutely but totally worth a try.

Otomo was definitely involved. Yeah OP, it's worth watching, I haven't seen it in a long time but I remember some cool scenes. It is steam punk, so expect good steam animation.

I dropped in the middle.
I don't know, maybe the movie was just not for me.

I enjoyed it quite a bit, saw it years ago. Definitely gave some Akira vibes

it feels like a teenager disney movie, typical good guy fighting bad guys

I was the biggest waste of money in the history of anime.
