Strong anime women

Who are your favorite badass anime women? Lots of anime has badass guys, but it's not as common to have badass female protagonists (and especially not villains). It seems even rarer than it is in western media, so I'm curious what people's favorites are. Some of mine, in no particular order order: - Riza Hawkeye - Mikasa Ackerman - Balalaika - Saeko Busujima

Ryougi Shiki- The woman that "If I wanted to I could even kill god!"

>>3761 who is that and where is she from?

>>3764 motoko kutsanagi ghost in the shell

>>3764 >>3765 Please tell me this is a samefag.

she's pretty badass

I haven’t seen more badass character than her. Too bad anime never.

>>3768

Junko Asagiri from Desert Punk is pretty badass at least form what I can remember. Haven't watched it in a long time.

>>3761 Motoko is definitely high on the list, as is Alita. Also gotta throw Saya from Blood: The Last Vampire and Kagero from Ninja Scroll.

>>3859 Gally is mai waifu.

>>3783 >Too bad anime never. I know that feel, brother.

badass++

>>3861 What don't you like about the anime?

Mako in Fight Club captain mode.

>>3868 There was supposed to be a new movie, but it got moved to a 1-minute part in Sidonia.

In my opinion... Badass [✔]

>>3744 Sure she died in her only fight, but it was because of Kamillies new type powers. The way she took no soykaf from Jerid was great.

>>3744 I liked hawkeye in the second installment of Fullmetal Alchemist.

>>3861 Agreed that Cibo is spectacular. For a culture that's deemed by the west as "deeply misogynistic" Japan does much better for female protagonists than Hollywood.

>>3744 >It seems even rarer than it is in western media It's actually more common in anime. My favourites are: -Mikasa from AOT -Utena from Revolutionary Girl Utena -Tsukuyo from Gintama and of course pic-related. That's Punie Tanaka from Dai Mahou Touge.

>but it's not as common to have badass female protagonists Are you serious? Here's Iria, Revy, Alphard and Canaan AKA Ryougi Shiki with a gun.

Based Misato.

Kino is also very badass.

>>3861 Oh those feels.

>>4132 the red borders of her pupils are interesting

Lyuze from Casshern Sins.

Danganronpa spoilers [s]Junko Enoshima[/s] I'm referring to the VN mostly, as the anime is soykaf .
