Even though it is on youtube, it shouldn't be too hard to convert it into a mp4 file or some other format with the help of appropriate tools.

some good specific tools are youtube-dl or yt-dlp.
just `pip3 install youtube_dl` and then `youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NGzdwDVB60` and it should download an mp4 or webm

Alright. I did help two people find a movie they were searching for, so maybe a little bit of reciprocity is in order.
I'm looking for a cartoon film. I don't know the title of it, and if I did, I would've probably found it already. I think the film was somewhat surrealist in its premise. Hell, I don't even remember what it was all about, but there is this one scene that still bothers me to no avail.
The scene involves an old man in a rocking chair and a young girl. I think the girl was the protagonist of the film. Apparently men in black suits that wore bowlers were hunting her for some reason. This girl sought out an old man who by taking a small nap could stop time for a short moment. This didn't apply to the men in black suits, and when the man halted time, these men could sustain themselves only through smoking a cigar, and when they smoked their cigars out, they died off. I think the girl lured some of these men into searching for her, and when she thought the time was right, she asked the old man to go to sleep, and by doing this, some of the men in black suits died off making their way back to the cigar bank or something. The girl knew of this weakness, so she made her way to the cigar bank in secrecy, and, unbeknownst to the "leaders" of this organization, she closed the door of this cigar bank's vault, thereby doing away with all of them. Before every last one of them perished, there was this last scene where the head of the organization went on his knees and begged of this girl to spare his life or something (the leader still "poofed out", but before he did so he was thanking the girl for one reason or another).
The cartoon film was dubbed in Swedish, but I'm not sure of its country of origin. I'd guess Nordic or English. I saw it on Finnish television.
This has been bothering me for so long that I can't even remember the year it aired on TV. Maybe like before 2011? I'd gander it was like 2000-2007 when I saw it, but I can't say for sure. Style-wise it did look kinda old, something like the Forgotten Toys (1995) or The Wind in the Willows (1995), but I suspect it is a bit more fresher.
Is there anyone here in the know?

Hello, seeing the success of this thread, I also have a request. I'm looking for a specific cut of Blade Runner, the US television broadcast version from CBS, released in 1986. I found that this version exists through Wikipedia, and I thought it was a good way to show Blade Runner to my kids. I've been looking for it on torrent sites with no success. If anyone knows of some site with rare versions like this, I'd appreciate it.

fuarrrk this brought back childhood memories, strange how I was looking for this exact movie a few years ago and lainchan helped me there too.

When will the remaster be released?
Jean Dupont · 2022-08-12 09:09
I am also looking for a film titled "classified documentary: US Govt. secrets". I have been unable to find it, and have been searching forever to no avail. any help is greatly appreciated.

If you think blade runner is important enough to be a thing you wanna show your kids, you should want to do it right. Wait till they're mature enough to see the whole movie and then show them the whole movie.

I have a feeling they just overdubbed the profanity with something else and cut the roughly 10 seconds of boobies. I didn't see Brade Runnah this way but countless other R-rated films softened for late night cable audiences. I can nearly guarantee they will leave in things like Leon getting his head blown in half by Rachel, Roy grinding the boss man's eyes into his skull, and so on.
The human body and "naughty language" = bad.
Savage, bloody, graphic violence = ok.

Hi, I am very glad that you found Momo.
We had this on channel Kika. It is German
channel. I want to ask about a specific
cartoon on that channel, well lots of them
actually so I ask do you know where is list
of all cartoons that were aired on that channel?
There was cartoon with trains.

not really feeling like making a completely new thread for something like this, so I guess this one suits the occasion will.
source for the speech in the minute 2:44, please.

The wikipedia page lists their programing. I remember watching shows in germany in the 90s, and I remember seeing Momo there. ZDF I think may have archival television listings, but this was all before Webstreamimg as far as I can recall. Was the train series animated cartoon or like clay animation/stop motion? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KiKa

I've been trying to find a crazy Eastern European movie about an alien MILF and her bratty kids staying on Earth with a writer who has a beard and it opens and closes with the line "I only smoke when I am particularly sad or particularly happy".
A guy gets his head stepped on by the kid's elephant-like monster pet and stands up with his head flat like a cartoon and says "have you ever woken up with a splitting headache?"
The alien MILF looks a bit like Robot Maria from Metropolis and a little bit like the sexy silver horny alien woman from Lost in Space. She spanked her kids with a lightsaber finger when they got out of line.
It was called something like "Greetings From The Galaxy"

Hi thanks for replying. The train series were animated cartoon, but there was some other series with clay figures, with stop
motion animation, probably with vehicles. You might know which one it is. I will be looking at programming lists. I know I was
searching before, starting with wikipedia and official sites, but had no luck, that is why I asked.

I actually remember watching this too, or at least something that that involved a train. IIRC the color scheme was dark tones, but I can't remember what the main theme was. IIRC it was around 1998-1999?

This one had a train with lively colors, maybe red, with the number thirteen on it. One episode is the guy driving that train is controlled by some three women to fix their train, which is big and gray/white. His train is just small locomotive.

I guess the show you mean is Jim Button and Luke the engine driver. Jim Button and Momo were cartoons on the german TV channel KiKa, funnily both shows are book adaptions that were written by the same author. The other locomotive show I remember was Thomas the locomotive
