Here's some photos I've taken when the fancy struck me. Most are happy flowers from my garden - a bit of a juxtaposition compared to the norm around the board.

I had an bad house centipede problem once, got the fuarrrk out of there since the landlord didn't give a soykaf. They make a twiddling sound when you kill them, and they don't die by spray. You must crush them, and they have a really crunchy exoskeleton.

Photo 2 has a self-assemble duck pancakes in the centre left and sliced beef steak at the bottom; can't remember the rest without looking at more photos. Photo 3 is dessert of ice-cream and fruit tart. This was mainly a fine-dining chinese restaurant but considering its clientele, there were a lot of western elements including a large wine-list. No point telling you the name or location as the covid closures forced it to close permanently.
