Anime Community

Can someone recommend good anime community. Most of the well known ones are full of people who think FMAB, Eva and Fate/Stay are pinnacle of anime. I always end up disagreeing with them on both anime and other things and eventually just get derezzed. Are there are different anime communities free of Eva and Fate zealots? wapchan ‘s /cel/ and /digi/ boards are pretty good

I can understand wanting to talk to people who have similar tastes but it seems odd to think you need them to be the majority of users instead of just talking to the people who like what you do more directly,. You even seem to sometimes drop shows as little as 1 or even 0 episodes even on two cour series you drop at such few episodes. You got to go into things open minded and without bias or expectation and you can find yourself enjoying things you think you wouldn't have otherwise since some stuff you didnt like is often stuff liked by people that liked some of the same things you did. I found this is the best way to watch anime and found stuff I didn't think I'd like or would have just overlooked normally but wound up enjoying them.

Fun action scenes and one of my fave OPs of all time. My second recommendation to you is Animation Seisaku Shinkou Kuromi-chan. A cute oneshot OVA about a girl who works at an animation studio and shenanigans start occurring.

The Danganronpa community is probably the only more dominated by LGBT people that I can somehow enjoy, don't know why.

I like Wapchan, but like most altchans, it's unfortunately slow as hell. More on topic, I've recently finished watching the first 2 seasons of Slayers. I was expecting it to be mostly comedy/parody of rpg tropes, but there's actually a serious overarching plot and some interesting worldbuilding which I enjoyed a lot. I didn't know before that it's based on a long running series of light novels, which I assume informed a lot of ~real~ narrative parts.
