kinda liked antiporno and seinarumono

Kiyoshi Kurosawa makes some fascinating movies. Mostly known for thrillers and horror, but very carefully paced. Some of my favorites: Cure (1997) Pulse (2001) Seance (2000) Creepy (2016) Charisma (1999)

clichè reply but chungking express is very good, a movie about two different love stories in hong kong. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring is also a korean movie on the life of a buddhist monk i enjoyed a lot even though i watched it while in HS still (not that many years ago, and i'm not a buddhist but it's still enjoyable). Then there's oshii's first movies in the jin-roh saga and they are very cheesy, but there's some good OST and shots and i remember the opening being great. I don't have that many recs because i don't see many movies in general >>12716 looks cool, i'll try watching one

Does k-pop demon hunters count as asian? It's definitely based on korean culture.

>>13043 It sure does, Korean culture is Asian.
