There is a great ability of horror movies to grip the viewer. If I had the opportunity to make a movie, the first scene(s) would be scary, then the rest of it wouldn't be scary.

Thats not a horror movie, and high action intros are fairly common hooking tricks in movies and other things, as is music the first part of which is very different / sometimes better stolen material than the rest of the 'song'.
