I want to become an ethical hacker, what are the steps from noob-hacker to godlike-hacker? Personally I want to be able to work as soon as possible, but sadly all the information online is fragmented and it's very difficult to make a study plan. Thank you for your precious time!

I don't consider a hacker myself, but my main advice is that things you want to learn take time. Start with low hanging exploits and try them around. It will be exciting to see how many things are insecure nowadays. Check database exploit, upload exploits, cross site scripting. Then try to understand how the things you want to exploit work and how the exploit works in that sense. After learning the existing lore you will be quite an accomplished hacker for today's standards. Then is the breaking point, that requires luck and mental fortitude. Since you have seen the pattern of how exploits are created, try to recreate some in new standards/alleys. If you're lucky, you'll start to create exploits yourself. There is no highway that leads anyone to be a creative person. It's your time and energy that make you one. This has to be that way because to be creative you have to put a significant amount of you in your endeavors.

search gray hat on libgen also protip: hacking just means knowing your own system really well. you're 'hacking' your hardware to become suitable to your needs. learn Python and some basic mysql and javascript injections.
