Drop Boxes and Hardware General

Hello, I've already built and used this drop box: https://www.blackhillsinfosec.com/how-to-build-your-own-penetration-testing-drop-box/ But I'm wondering what else is out there, with more robust wireless capabilities. This is a niche market and the best device I knew about, the Pwn Plug r2, is not for sale anymore

Those all look rather obvious. I'd like to make one that looks like a plug-in air freshener or alarm clock. Working, of course. It could be programmed to find open wifi and/or run air crack. Much better boards for doing this now since 2016.

I think this is cool, but, to use these at all, don't you have to first have to connect to it from your laptop somehow? And then if you're already on your laptop, why not just use that?

>>8023 I'm a fan of Malduino products. What I'm not a fan of, is having to use a WiFi access point. Your target might be a place where WiFi is not allowed, so your device will raise alarms by broadcasting. https://youtu.be/Pft7voW5ui8 What I'd like to see is a solution where you can connect to the device with a point-to-point link over 900MHz or something non-standard. Anyone know something like that?
