(i already posted this on arisuchan, but i post it here too cause reaching more people means having more minds working on the problem)
ok so, pure hypotethical situation.
A group of attacker activists, whose actions are based on principles every good cyberpunker on this board would share, have to perform a sabotage.
At a certain time in a certain building, let's say a school or an office, oblivious people will enter in a computer room, then every person will take a computer and they will do stuff on the browser requiring an internet connection for an hour or so. A group of attackers composed by a dozen of individuals (of which one or two are in the computer room, supposingly doing stuff on the browser with the oblivious people, while the others are still in the building but outside the room) wants to stop them from doing those things on the browser. They know the wifi password, but the computers in the room are connected via LAN (even if with the same connection).
If they manage to sabotate the activity on the browser, the oblivious people will be happy or indifferent, and the room's tecnichan is very stupid so he won't probably be able to restore the connection if that's more troublesome than restarting the router (but even if he restores it, slowing down the operation with multiple disconnections would already be a victory).
The group of attackers would prefer to have the possibility to leave a message or a symbol, but if that's impossible with informatic methods it's not a big problem because they can still use meatspace-based methods for that.
There may be the possibility to access one of the computers in the room before the oblivious people enter, but the attackers don't have administration rights (Windows 10) and this is not something on which they can count 100%, so if possible the plan should work also without this eventuality.
Obviously if the attackers don't expose themselves too much it would be better.
How lain thinks the attackers can act in order to reach their objectives?

i'm not trying to stop some exam, it's a serious thing. Only because in mmurica you don't care about politics in high school that doesn't mean it's the same everywhere. The government of my country just introduced mandatory high school psychological tests about things like "competitivity", "happiness", "open mindedness", and wants to link the results with the economical situation of the individuals who take the tests and make this soykaf relevant in the decisional process of school funding. Since there is already an active collective of students in my school we were thinking about some way to protest against the thing. Not everyone on lainchan has to be a programmer or a techie, there is no need to be so snob.
It would have been better if i didn't need to specify to this level, since police is always annoying us, but anyway...

Don't even answer those kind of soykafs honestly.
Psychological tests are mandatory for getting a driving license in my country and I bet that 99% of those who passed, lied in one way or the other.
I lied on my psychological tests because I didn't want to have a talk with a school psychiatrist. (back in the day, they would evaluate us every year by sending us to a doctor or giving us some stupid test of similar nature).
My suggestion: keep a low profile. Don't give anyone a reason to suspect you. And messing with school's inventory doesn't help you.

Our interest isn't about not getting in trouble, is to prevent public school and society from getting even soykaftier than they already are (especially for people like us, a.k.a. students from low-income families).
First of all, even if you can lie is never pleasurable to have someone trying to inspect your mind.
Second, if we let such tests pass without protests, people will begin to think that things like competitivity are the fundamental values of the society, that "open mindedness" means what the government thinks it has to mean, that "buisness attitude" is more important than cooperation and so on. Also, how i already said, this tests determine how much money go from the state to a certain school and which reforms they impose. This means that if, for instance, schools of a certain area score lower on competitivity, they'll tell the teachers to begin putting kids one against the other since primary school and make them compete harder for marks or prizes in order to raise the competitivity level, and if you don't like this pedagogy, sorry but no funds for you m8. What's more, there are also maths and language tests, but in this case the schools which score lower will have less funds and those which score higher will have more for """meritocracy""", which is ridiculus cause this instead of filling the gap, it will problably end up creating elite schools in rich areas and soykafty schools in peripheries, or alternativily (the next already happens) teachers who encourage their students to cheat and train them to be test-filling robots instead of actually teach them something (btw, this tests are multiple-choice ones, while exams in our school system always used to be oral and/or written with open questions, which encourages critical thinking much more than crosses and is less likely to make people stupid).
This adds to a series of other reforms wich make all of this even worse, like making mandatory for the students to jump 200 to 400 hours of school in order to work for free for private companies (which are quite unexplainably even paid from the state for this and which, on top of that, often use this occasion to furtherly indoctrinate us to market ideology during the workhours), or giving more power to school directors so that if a teacher expresses his/her disagreement he/she can be much more easily fired, and so on.
Student's always protested against all of this, and we also have the support of some teachers' trade unions. The only thing is to think about how to do it effectively, and an informatic sabotage seems to me a good way, but i don't know very much about internet protocols so i ask here for help.

Think I found your problem.
Actually this whole thread is your problem.
Asking random strangers to do soykaf for you instead of educating yourself.
And blaming the government and teachers and everyone but yourself for your failure.
The irony is if you actually sat down for a few weekends and taught yourself the skills you're asking for in this thread then you wouldn't have such a problem with school exams in the first place.

I assume you are young.
As much as I understand why you want to do what you want, I will suggest you one thing: - chose your battles wisely.
Going after school and the government in such a way will only backfire.
At this stage in life you have the privilege of most valuable resource - time.
Use it to learn things you need.
You should never rely on the government to provide you with a good life. You have to create it yourself. Government is not your friend.
Learn the laws it opposes on you and learn how you can exploit them in your favor.
Shutting down a high school network will only make them be more vigilant in the future.

That's how it should work though, invest in the area that gives returns. If you want more funding then do something to deserve it. Taking resources away from people who earned it and giving it to people who did nothing is called Socialism. It doesn't work.
