Android intrusion.

I see there's no thread regarding android (or phone) hacking. any resources? starting with a simple question, how do you pull system files (hashed lock, etc) when ADB is not an option? (it never is), what can you do?

if it's encrypted, you're sol. otherwise root the phone if possible. or install a custom recovery, which is the equivalent of booting a computer from a live usbstick and having complete access to everything (unencrypted).

>>7134 Problem is installing a custom recovery requires OEM unlock does it not? And all the phones I've used wipe the phone completely after you unlock it.
