Creating computer-generated face pictures for fake identities

I recently stumbled across an online article about machine learning algorithms which can create realistic face pictures.[1] Since I need profile pictures for my fake identities and I don't want to use some strangers photograph because there is a chance that it could be identified as that person, this software would be ideal. Do you know any open source projects that can accomplish this? [1]https://insights.globalspec.com/article/10794/nvidia-making-fake-faces-with-machine-learning

I dont know about any automated systems, but there are some types of software that law enforcement uses for suspect identification (instead of doing facial sketches) that IIRC works much like the facial construction on a video game. alternatively, get good at Photoshop and put other peoples eyes nose and mouth on someone else's torso/head. As far as using other profile pictures goes, you can fool the google reverse search algorithm by flipping the image in paint horizontally. On the other hand, lainons should keep an eye out for images that look suspicious or appear to have those things done to them. Several intelligence agencies are known to catfish people on social media and dating sites (notably Iran). In fact, one case involved a woman finding out her entire profile had been copypasted, and fake account was responsible for acquiring troves of information from Israeli soldiers. For the woman, the use of her profile by a foreign spy agency ruined her reputation

Related: searchfaces.ru Searching through photos to identify people, identifying whether a person is really "real" with a sort of statistical accuracy, or knowing who and what people are searching for (the above russian site)... and then generating those fake people and searches.. really muddies the waters. Also considering the systems in place in China and elsewhere, this is a really fascinating emerging field of research.
