On which site? 365ctf is soykaf at best, but if you wanna set up a irc and try doing a ctf together we can.
I'm not trying to be rude, but lainon's have tried this before and it doesn't last long. If your looking for a good ctf group or learning to hack try pentestsec or manyhatsclub on discord

For collaboration during CTF's I've used a lot of solutions, but I'd recommend keybase and a TS/Mumble alternative of your choice if voice is your thing.
