Hello lains, Which forums/online communities do you hang out in really found greysec.net and hacksociety.net valuable especially for a newbie any others?
Technician · 2018-06-25 21:15
>both not working domains heh
Void · 2018-06-25 21:48
>>4938 anyone know what have happened to security overrdie? I miss this site so much
Cereal Killer · 2018-06-26 01:43
>>4943 Servers went down never came back up. Which site did you move to lain?
Morpheus · 2018-06-28 14:43
>>4947 >Which site did you move to lain I don't understand you I used to use security override like 4 years ago, I discovered lainchan maximally 2 years ago
Gyula Kovacs · 2018-06-29 00:03
>>4938 if your looking for a good forum sinister.ly is full of spammers but if you can get past that it's ok greysec.net has ties to alienvault and they give giftcards for people who can write good tuts. I wouldn't know about hacksociety.net
Dujour · 2018-06-29 18:42
>>4983 >greysec.ne site is down sinister.ly can't register through Tor
Nobody important · 2018-06-29 22:11
>>4983 I checked out sinisterly market and it's lame. People selling overwatch accounts etc Are there any real 1337 sites when you can buy/sell exploits, rent real hackers etc?
Spike Spiegel · 2018-06-29 23:02
>>5005 "rent real hackers" no. nobody is going to hack a facebook account for $50 and also, nobody is going to sell actual, valuable exploits on some soykafty MyLittlePonyFucker PHP forum.
Spooky · 2018-06-29 23:37
>>5005 Are there? yes. Should you? no. Simply put if by chance you wanna buy exploits your probably not finding odays, but rather re-written publicly available exploits. Most, not all rent-a-hackers are rather scam artists or skidy spam SE types or ddos for hire groups. Your best bet is that you learn S.E.T. or javascripts to steal your soykafty roblox accounts pic related it's your guide after you get caught.
Hiro Protagonist · 2018-06-30 12:50
>>5007 So where are real exploits being sold? And by "hacking" I mean finding RCE and stuff like this rather than "selling fb account for 50$"
Chan Siu Ming · 2018-06-30 12:50
>>5020 And I know about zerodium but that's not what I am asking for
demoscene · 2018-06-30 13:29
>>5020 You can sell on to Exodus Intelligence too. Supposedly they sell the 0-days to firewall people before disclosing in their own name. Also the gruq used to buy em. I don't hear too much about it anymore. Basically guaranteed to go to intel community if you use him, though. I always kind of suspected he was full of it, and his fame was solely twitter based. Never approached for a brokerage though.
Hiro Protagonist · 2018-06-30 13:32
>>5022 >always kind of suspected he was full of it, and his fame was solely twitter based This desu, all """security researchers""" are completely starved attention whores.
Sabo Engle · 2018-06-30 22:54
>>5022 Well, Exodus Intelligence seems same as Zerodium I always thought that somewhere there exists "blackhat underground" where people trade such things and organised groups sell they exploits or crack stuff Also, If we are speaking about hacking markets, this one is interesting: https://hacken.io
Undisclosed · 2018-07-01 05:22
>>5035 The website is broken for me. I don't know you but hell, I'm not enabling javascript to enter a 1337 hacker market.
Mario Rossi · 2018-07-01 14:07
>>5037 it's not even a market it'a a cyrptocurrency based bug bounty platform
Yamaoto Toshi · 2018-07-01 18:33
>>5035 I know even mitnick has a site that you can buy or sell 0day's https://www.mitnicksecurity.com/shopping/absolute-zero-day-exploit-exchange you need to get a referral from a friend.
Junichi Fujiwara · 2018-07-02 03:24
>>5035 Well, all the *good* exploits are sold to Nation States because they pay the best. Blackhats do sell *hacking services* but they don't usually reveal their methods, which I imagine are typically not massively sophisticated. E.G Marcus Hutchins.
Koos van der Merwe · 2018-07-02 04:46
>>5061 >Marcus Hutchins is anything but a joke. He like, registered a domain... and stuff... I guess. Let's all treat him like a malware "genius" /s Protip: Don't sell your java "RAT" on hackforums (compiled on your machine) and act all shocked and mistreated when you get arrested.
Koichiro · 2018-07-02 06:35
>>5062 I was referencing him a small time seller of crappy malware. So I agree with you, he's a joke. The "blackhat" communities the OP was looking forum are just that, hackforums and "experts" like Marcus.
Unspecified · 2018-07-02 13:32
>>5064 I know, I was just hopping on the bandwagon with you. In hindsight I should have worded that differently.
Bobby Newmark · 2018-07-02 19:21
>>5062 Yeah I even registered to HF and spent like 1 hour there searching for interesting thing, worst hour ever. The only cool thing I found is this subforum dedicated to "groups". On HF you have special threads for recruiting to "group". Not all of them are fb likes selling schmucks, I've seen that some of the groups were focused on MMO exploits or windows software cracking
