Any good resource to learn forensic ?

I am a huge data hoarder. Sometimes, I happen to read some of those books, and I am thinking about reading more books on forensic. Any good recommendation ? Some to read first ? I am also looking for resources like CTF's, VMs, etc, related to forensic.Be it finding proofs in a system, or actively avoiding creating such proofs (basically, offensive and defensive stuff).
