Fetching user information on social media.

Was on Twitter/X the other day and I came across a peculiar post. Two arabs were arguing with one another and one of them managed to de-anonymize the other using this telegram bot. This made me wonder, how easy it is to get such information? The user id is easy but there are other info like “Creation date” “Country” “Last date the name was changed”. Is anyone here familiar with this tool? And are there any other tools similar to this for other social media platforms? Also, how simple/difficult would it be to create such a tool?
