What is the best way to get personal data from random people from a country of your choice, to activate SIM cards. Idk if it's like this everywhere in Europe, but here all kinds of data (name, birth date and place, mother's name, social security number, maybe current address and a working email address) are needed to activate a SIM card and you can't use it at all until activated. The data has to be legit, because the have a wire to the Internal Affairs Ministry and can check the validity of the data. The data also has to be from the actual country, because foreigners can only activate in person in the provider's shop. (They came up with this bullshit after it came to light that the french and belgian islamic terrorists all bought thousands of SIM cards here). So is there any huge pool of detailed international personal data of people i could choose from? Probably on the darknet, probably originating from some big data leak of some internationally popular online service. Or is the last option, giving money/alcohol/drugs to homeless people for their data who dont care, is the only option? Thanks for the help lainons.

>>21433 Don't involve other people's identities in your soykaf. Use smspool or something like that, but don't go around finding people's PII to get throwaway numbers, that's just fuarrrked in my opinion.

In Finland you can buy it and activate it anonymously, and fund it with cash at grocery stores

>>21557 Shit, does anyone know if any carriers in America allow that?
Apoc · 2023-05-15 08:42
>>21590 Not sure. i heard of mint mobile allowing for that but not sure. here in canada its actually super easy to get prepaid sims at any old dollar store or grocery store, but i dont recall the exact names of the providers.

>>21591 pii is required in order to activate a mint mobile sim address credit card name on cardholder etc
Apoc · 2023-05-16 19:15
>>21590 There’s a bunch of carriers in America you can do that with. Go to a Walmart, cvs, walgreens, even some gas stations. Take your pick.

>>21590 boost mobile, buy cards from big box stores tho

>>21594 ah, that's a shame.. is there any chance of just faking info and pointing address to some random building or post office in some other city? it might technically be against tos but i wonder if its something they really enforce.

>>21603 I've used random ID generator websites with some prepaids from big box stores. You have to read the fine print on the back of the card for activation.
