How to pinpoint the location of some anon on the internet

so there is this retard I stumbled on on Discord grooming kids, I am trying to collect data about him. seems like the account he is using is a burner account made specially for this purpose only, he doesn't have a profile picture, the username he is using is pretty generic and can't find any interesting info about it on search engines and other sites, he isn't really active in the main chat and really careful about sharing personal data. all I know is that he is not a native English speaker, at least I guessed from the way he types. my plan right now is to try tricking him into clicking a link or something to grab his location and maybe more information about his device and the browser he is using ..etc... which can be useful later, the technical part isn't my problem, I know how to setup a web server and write some Php and Javascript to do the trick, but I don't know I can trick him into clicking on something like that, it probably requires good context and he seems like a tech savvy person. do you have any recommendations?

Its better just to report him to the FBI since they have the resources to fuarrrk him up properly. Don't report him to Discord Inc. because they'll just ignore it at worst and delete his account with no repercussions at best. The FBI can have Discord hand over all his messages and session information and then they can subpoena ISPs to determine his actual location. Considering that Discord does not allow Tor posting, and VPNs are almost, if not all blocked, I think they've got him.
