Anyone else enjoy spying on people through ip cams?
Lady Jessica · 2017-04-23 17:31
Someone needs to explain to me how lainons want to be extremely pro privacy while spying on people through IP cams.
Donna Hawthorne · 2017-04-23 18:01
>>241 >Lainchan is one person. I think the last week has made it quite apparent that we aren't.
Jane Doe · 2017-04-23 18:13
>>241 Even if lainchan was a hivemind, wanting personal privacy does not imply you don't want to invade other people's privacy. You might enjoy inflicting pain in others while not enjoying receiving pain, as an example.
Turner · 2017-04-23 18:32
>>241 >>241 >>The entire media industry is spying on people through IP cams.
Case · 2017-04-23 20:01
This guy looks very much like Dany Devitos unsuccessful brother. But open cams can be very much fun. Webm related.
Aristóteles Amadópulus · 2017-04-23 20:11
>>244 >Lainchan is one person There weren't many me's, I just existed in many people.
Tank · 2017-04-23 20:16
the first two are cool, the last might be a trap (port 81) or one of you trolling?
Miho Iwakura · 2017-04-23 21:25
>>241 IP cams are soykafs and giggles. If you don't have a sense of humor I can see why you'd take this mundane stance. Take this example. Some guy has setup his android to stream a live feed in a dimmed light store front. >you figure out the phones light can be set to flash @ set duration's from a given data field. >you write a one liner to emit flashes in morse code with "the internet of soykaf is here". >customers start walking up to counter and pointing at the phone. >guy move towards phone in attempt to stop the flashing. >you stop. >guy sits down. >you start over again.

I never understood the fun behind ip cams did it a couple of times, but never really had any fun of it seen naked people, blasted some racist music through the sound system to see their reaction... never really was THAT entertaining to go back to it really imho
Yet Another Lainon · 2017-04-25 19:08
How do you do this? I want to do it.

>>257 >seen naked people, blasted some racist music through the sound system to see their reaction... never really was THAT entertaining to go back to it really imho This sounds like the epitome of entertainment. But, to each their own, I guess.
J.C. Denton · 2017-04-25 19:44
how can i ensure no one can see me or hear me
Void · 2017-04-25 19:48
>>291 My point was that, if I wanted to see naked people I would go on a porn site and if I wanted to see a miniscule emotional reaction to something irritating I would show my friends BME olympics video. I dunno, it just seems too tame of a sport to me.
Sipho Nkosi · 2017-04-26 01:52
I have a usb webcam I use sometimes for lewds and crossdressing in private to show friends. I don't trust computer cameras and built-in mics.
XERXES · 2017-04-26 09:54
Yeah. In green for your viewing pleasure: > get Equation Group's ETERNALBLUE running > scan your city for open SMB ports > pwn random computer > meterpreter> webcam_list > rinse, repeat I've seen some soykaf.
Linda Lee · 2017-04-27 13:43
whats a website to find IP cams, I'm too lazy to find my own
Anonymous · 2017-04-27 15:16
>>241 The way I see it: 'Let's abuse the soykafty privacy, until we abuse it so much, that normal people see how much of a soykafhole their privacy is.' Sort of like accelerationism.
Hagbard Celine · 2017-04-27 15:52
>>347 That attitude is wrong. If you're going to be an asshole, at least be honest to your self about it. The people won't notice you spying on them through their webcam, you're fooling noone.
Anonymous · 2017-04-27 16:00
>>350 I guess you are right. I still support the fight for privacy. But privacy is broken and we should not just ignore that either.
Shogun · 2017-04-28 19:58
>>350 No, 341 was on point. The only asshole itt is you for being a salty little bitch and failing to understand basic logic. fuarrrking live a little.

Yuki Nagato · 2017-04-28 20:07
>>350 >at least be honest to your self about it the bad can't exist without good and vice versa. Same goes for computer security and privacy. The more we abuse it, the more people will get the wiser. But tell me honestly, does ANYONE care about computer security and privacy if no one is abusing the lack thereof? No, serious question because most people I have discussions about NSA hacking and capturing all data say "I have nothing to hide", but when some lonely hacker does that they get scared. If some lonely hacker doxes and hacks personal computer (or in this case a webcam), steals nudes of the person and blackmails the person that unless money is deposited on bitcoin account they will release his nudes to most of his social circles? Okay, NSA might not do the last part (or we at least don't have any proof of them doing it), but they probably did that to political opponents. But let's direct a question to you, this "be honest to yourself about it", what does that mean? Sure, most people ITT have a childs joy and curiosity when they spy through someone through their unprotected webcam, but honestly who cares about nude people or people having sex, people undressing or people doing mundane things? If I wanted to see that then I would look online for that type of content not go through long way trying to find that. Ying and yang my brother, we aren't the bad guys in this situation because "bad" doesn't exist.

>>368 >serious question because most people I have discussions about NSA hacking and capturing all data say "I have nothing to hide", but when some lonely hacker does that they get scared. the public responds to "hax" like this because they've been conditioned and groomed to believe the "hacker" is some character from the shadows, not of mere mortals, able to do sheer magic, when in reality, its just a handfuls of dogs curiously feeding inputs, seeing how and why N gives X, exploiting constructs, and then that odd glitterboy, no one really likes, but is allowed to remain riding on the wave proving their apparent worth to get their 15 minutes, because at their own expense they give us keks for days and serve as a perfect example to the community as a whole, as to why famefagging is and will always be cancer and why no one should consider following in their footsteps unless ofc they want to get v& and live a life of suck
Case · 2017-04-28 21:06
>>374 >as to why famefagging is and will always be cancer and why no one should consider following in their footsteps unless ofc they want to get v& and live a life of suck seems like you are frustrated of your bad career choice (you said it yourself, just fuzzing monkey :P ) and are just trying to find someone to lash out on (the little skiddie that learned a little more and wants fame). But let's say that you don't want the fame but want to send out a message to someone. Not saying "hey, watch your computer security people" type of message, but message with actions. People learn much more about how hot the fire is if they stick their hand in it, ya know?

>>375 >seems like you are frustrated of your bad career choice (you said it yourself, just fuzzing monkey :P ) and are just trying to find someone to lash out on (the little skiddie that learned a little more and wants fame). my career choice isn't what frustrates me, new faces, same suckers, the pays more than good. its just the fact that joe and jane never seem to learn from past cases and hence we while. ...i didn't lash out on anyone and still stand by my statement. fame isn't your friend and causes you more mental harm than good. if you haven't come to this realization yet, you may still need a little while to mature.

People learn much more about how hot the fire is if they stick their hand in it, ya know? this should be encouraged and is the right balance
