Do you aspire to something more than a normal life? Do you crave purpose? Do you want something to happen? http://pastebin.com/yEY3HXSS

I'm not entirely sure what to do with that pastebin but I'll look into it tomorrow. As for your question, yes, to all. For the moment though I'm trying to get at least a normal life going as I'm too incompetent to even do that.

>>17374 morse code, 0 for short and 1 for long; numbers grouped into letters and slashes used for space. looks like the average cool kid's attempt to do some cool underground thing so far.

>>17387 >our mission is to better ourselves seek knowledge and make the world more interesting Always be wary of joining an "organization" that uses a lot of vague, platitudinous phrasing like this. In this case, they don't even give a concrete objective for their mission statement. So how is it even a mission at all?

>>17392 This. Related to this, though, it would be interesting to create an organization of lainons who work on bettering the world in our own ways, though. That'd be pretty cool. Just a thought. There are plenty of issues out there I think would be relevant to the average lainon, though.

>>17374 >Do you aspire to something more than a normal life? Well I'd like more than breezing through a set of bullet-points that someone might give when told to list what happens in a normal life. >Do you crave purpose? Eh, I wouldn't say porticularly. I like achieving things but can be comfortable making up what purpose to fill as I go. >Do you want something to happen? I'd like general widespread access to mobility and resources such that vast majority of the population can make things happen in their own lives and on a community level. Making cars super cheap or less important to freedom of the middle class sounds like an obvious step in that direction, but I didn't get into cars because when I had the opportunity to take classes on it, I mistook the industry as being impenetrably stagnant. Reading your message, this seems alright enough of a group. If anything I'm reminded how many other groups there are that I could contributing to right now, but it's hard to really stay coordinated to where I know how to contribute. I'll think about joining, at least to see if I can do anything useful for the direction other people want to take the group. Also, there doesn't need to be a second thread for this on /cyb/, it's just a small/slow chan. >>17392 That sounds like reasonable enough questioning, but they haven't asked for any kind of serious commitment so I'm thinking it's probably just a waste of time and/or an artist collective. Which yeah, it could be dumb, but it's not like I ever set out to be a model of productivity to begin with.

>>17387 is this really where the puzzle ends?
DC-14-3C · 2015-11-02 04:15
>>17392 The scope is intended to be very broad. True, our mission can't be adequately described in a few sentences, but we didn't want to dump a wall of text on people who might not even be interested. If you're keen on finding out more then you can send us an e-mail. >>17399 >there doesn't need to be a second thread for this on /cyb/, it's just a small/slow chan. Fair enough. It's been removed. >>17401 Elaborate series of puzzles tend to put many people off, unfortunately. Developing tests that people with many different skillsets can pass is difficult.

>>17404 >our mission can't be adequately described in a few sentences Can you paraphrase it for us? You've got a whole thread here to work with.
Anonymous · 2015-11-02 07:29
>>17404 Oh come on, you fired up this thread and don't actually use it to answer questions? Just spill the beans man.

Please elaborate with something specific or i'll just assume it's a thinly veiled advertisement. I'm interested..

Namefag on a small cyberpunk board advertising his shitty Cicada clone without any difficult puzzles? No thanks.

>>17404 Could lainchan as a collective act as an individual member? I feel certain that the collective could solve most puzzles you throw our way, and the lot of us acting as a hive would be far more efficient than any single one of us.
