I consider myself a social-liberal/anarcho-socialist but I am curious.
Is there any capitalist theoretician or ideology that encourages any kind of voluntarism?
Anything beyond "it will always be nice to be a good person"?

Read "The Ethics of Liberty" if you're interested.
How does anarcho-socialism deal with people who don't want to be part of your system?
Are they forced to take part against their will?
Are they just excluded from that society?
Do they just not receive some benefits from the society but can still interact with the people of it?

They are free to not take part in it. But that is off topic, there is an anarcho-socialism thread in the catalogue of /cyb.
