Our starting location is either a poor balkan country or a poor north african country they also can't be landlocked we need to prepare the AI and some robots beforehand. Our first priority is to get direct access to Forex markets and use algorithmic trading to exploit it. Replace all of the laws and restructure goverment based around the AI administrative workers should be used to fill in the gaps in our new goverment the rest can be fired. We should preferrably purge the urban population since we need to create new ethics for our utopian citizens. Invest in the research of artificial wombs, immortality (optional), editting genes (might be avaible already). The more we get the better getting immortality and producing the products required to stay young (and therefore immortal) can give us a huge leverage over other nations. Create population manufacturing facilities where perfect humans are manufactured using gene editting and artifical wombs it is now possible to control population growth and manufactured humans are given new ethics to better function in this utopia. Workforce is now divided into 3 categories: - Workers (Little mental work mostly manual labour) - Scientists - Engineers Foreign workforce is welcomed for now. Nuclear energy and fossil fuels are used. If the world is pressuring us stockpiling nukes and smart terror weapons is a way to make them strongly reconsider their decision. These can't be used as a political leverage since we are trying to win the game by building an utopia they can only be used when we are about to lose or under heavy pressure. We keep building the AI to replace more and more administrative jobs and finally build a lot of smart weapons and either clone soldiers or android ones. you make it sound so easy. More likely society evolves over the next 1000 years until it's unrecognizeable to modern humans, any notions of right and wrong you have now are totally unapplicable, the things that seem important now are 1 paragraph in history books.
