What to do by anxiety when you go outside?
Niko · 2026-10-01 00:44
What do you do when you are afraid to go outside?
The news always tells, someone is always getting stabbed. Who is to say I'm not next?
What when you do something weird and it get filmed and shared online?
and so on?
and telling me to 'just do it' doesn't help at all.

If you don't live in Worst Place, USA, you'll be fine. Most of the reporting on the matter is indeed fake to generate an audience of terrified white women.

Youre browsing chans but dont know what fear porn is and how its weaponized? Newfren or demoralization wage slave. Go download a george carlin special and listen to it while stargazing.

If you do live in Best Place, USA, you'll be fine. Just buy a pistol and shoot the bitch.
What are you doing that is film worthy? Nobody cares to film the druggie because it is so common.

If you live in Average Place, USA, just ignore them.

>The news always tells, someone is always getting stabbed. Who is to say I'm not next?
idk this sounds fake, like you're trying to find politically correct reasons of why you don't like going outside
>What when you do something weird and it get filmed and shared online?
do you even use youtube or tiktok? the algorithm doesn't prop that type of content, so no one is ever going to see it
>and telling me to 'just do it' doesn't help at all.
ok, if you want real help then post a real question
where do you want (or not want) to go? be specific, "outside" doesn't mean anything
why do you actually not want to go there? is it boring? are the people there rude?
what do you mean by "anxiety"?
are you sure you aren't just bored?

we all know what is meant by 'outside' retard, you can't be an altchan user without being debilitatingly autistic.
and yes op, all the advice that actually works is extremely unhelpful and almost insulting to receive. like when you have tinnitus you have to let the high pitched noises "become your friend". but that's just life, you can't get something for nothing.
...well, then there's the alpha-2 agonists I guess. I am terrified by the notion that they may actually work. I would honestly rather be mostly function and suffer than become dependent on them to function at all.
know thyself.

Chill out dipshit. Outside is just a place.

Just accept that the time will come when you have to fight for your right to physically exist. Bring a better knife, use it better snd stab before they stab you. Life is about fighting to your last breath to temporarily stop others from harvesting the molecules of your body as a fuel.

Not likely for your life, but your right to party.

Literally just gave the equivalant of saying "just do it" to a clearly anxious/mentally ill person

to be fair, exposure therapy is a thing. a gentle push might help him take the first step.

no, "outside" doesn't mean anything
if you're asking for help or advice, start by actually describing your problem

Maybe just fuarrrk off bro. You're no help.
William Holtzer · 2026-10-02 19:07
Don't be afraid to go outside... Be the reason others are afraid to go outside
Simple as
You will have no sympathy if you are the CP gooner from the other thread who thinks the world is out to get him. If that is the case, you deserve it. May god judge you harshly for your sinful ways

i used to be big into telling people not to get on medication, but honestly if its bad enough you might as well. its not like you're gonna lose your 'spark' or 'badly rewire your brain'. as long as youre not a zombie (and you will be able to tell) on a medicine thats too strong or weird for you. occasional low mg xanax or klonopin may actually help. phenibut works without any of the grogginess. but both of those options arent the best because you can get insanely bad withdrawals unless you use them sporadically with good amount of time inebetween (especially phenibut omg). plus you could blackout if you take too much xanax (only take 0.5mg at a time for general anxiety, 1.5 - 2mg is only for actual panic attacks and emergenices)
id say just ask for generic meds for anxiety from a psychiastric. and damn you can just use some doctor app on ur phone and get it if u dont wanna go to the dr irl.
overall rec: get the first step done with anxiety meds, and then use that as the catalyst start snowballing your life like becoming more outgoing from there, working out, naturally fixing ur brain chemistry and all the corny regular soykaf that is like kicking dead whales down the beach that you eventually have to do to live a mentally healthy life.
this is the only gameplan you'll get that isnt hyperambitious youtube redpiller guy type advice (they are good but they assume everyone can just jump into it like a turbonormal person), im meeting you halfway here as a guy whos had this same problem before for a long time

>its not like you're gonna lose your 'spark' or 'badly rewire your brain'.
and let me clarify i meant, your brain is already terribly wired and you have no spark if ur at this point. if you cant leave your house what else is anxiety holding you back from? could be starting something new or fun, or finding your purpose in life
