fuarrrk The Web (FTW) movement
I hereby declare a new movement. The Fukc The Web movement.
The web is bloated dogsh!t.
You can't, in any time from 1998 to now, open a web docuemnt and see it instantly like yuo could view a file in the terminal. You have to wait 10 seconds for it to load g4y sh!t nobody cares about.
The web is broken.
The more users you get the more you have to pay.
Proper solutions like Freenet do not have that problem, the more users you get the more your content is auotmaticlly mirrored.
Even in comeerical aspect the web is sh!t: Vendors **don't fukcing care about what stack you're using, they just want to list some items to sell**. They should just fill in some text boxes <item> <description> <price> and it automatically goes to their profile in their shop, they shouldn't need to establish a shop by configuring DNS, cloudsh!t, snakeoil such as firewall forced onto them, snakeoil that purports to solve the high viewer:payer ratio.
Just make a real protocol for shop. One for real estate. One for bank. Make it use some standardized format like ASN.1 (but not ASN.1 because that's dog sh!t in practice).
Make linkable content such as articles and images hosted in a way that isn't some corporation LARPing like it's inside their property and they're serving customers through a turnstile.
I'm working on a logo. Gimp is sh!t, I need something else.

>The web is bloated dogsh!t.
Correction, the commercial web is bloated dogshit. There are plenty of independant, associative, and academic websites that are very good. That load instantly and display properly in even the most barebone browser.
>The more users you get the more you have to pay.
That's true, but serving a static web page is so cheap that who cares? CDN are snakeoil meant to make bloated sites barely useable.
>Just make a real protocol for shop. One for real estate. One for bank
That's bad though, and the reason the web was succesful. The same protocol can be used with the same tools to server a wide range of purposes.
For more specialized usecases, it can be extended with stuff like microformats.
>Gimp is sh!t
More news at 12. Use krita, inkscape, libreoffice draw or tuxpaint.

the web should be automated. 20 years ago. anyone hosting throwaway email and sms should welcome bots. anyone who relies on email or sms to rate limit their service should die of buttaids and hemroids. nobody actually wants to use your gay gui and click some button that moves when you put the mouse over it

Use the web for fun and profit. Make money off of people online then use that for your own advantage in real life. The web was never made to be real it is a tool for exploitation of the human mind.

Isn't the web just internet langs and network protcols at the bare bones level. It's not broken it works as devices are sending and receiving packets all around the world at speeds faster than they were in '98.
The sense if broken comes from a place of feeling isolated online and things being too complicated for what it is like the example you mentioned being a simple shop requiring all the set up
