>>48068 The mods here absolutely suck. How does this post not get a warning? This is low effort drivel. It's basically spam for which a potentially meaningful thread died. But no, let's reserve our administrative action and ire for attempts at genuine contribution that nevertheless fall short of our arbitrary, inconsistently enforced standards half grandfathered from a deluded misremembering of some 90s anime. Smh.

>>48138 Isn't such stuff should be at /r/? What's the point of being so dramatic over it when the right place for better experience of what you mentioned is at /Ω/ or /hum/ obviously? Why even bothering yourself with that if you are not so fond of low effort drivel as you say? All I've seen here mostly people venting, and I don't think it counts as something of high quality. I can propagate such threads whenever I feel slightly sad about things, lol.

>>48144 Not him but i disagree and agree. /r/ is the most suitable board for a post like this but even random posts like op's can have high quality, it's literally in the rules that you should elaborate on your posts. But most IBs nowadays are so flooded with soykaf that honestly if you wanted to make a thread like OP this might just be the only place he can do it. But OP's post did evidently result in some quality replies replies even if it was a low qualityt hread to begin with so, maybe it events out? Although i do think you could convey this >>48138 message in a nicer manner but i digress.

>>48146 After rereading I guess >>48138 was about quality in general on that board excluding others that fit the theme more (like /Ω/ again). I can share his mind and discontent. Having low quality threads doesn't mean all threads there should be of low quality from the start and onward. But I just can't understand all that potentially-meaningful-thread-died stuff. If threads on /r/ mostly are of low quality then shouldn't the potential of meaningful discussion be at the bottom too?
