I passed to the second and last phase of the exam. Tomorrow I will have a 10 questions of my local language + an essay, and tomorrow, 12 questions, six of mathematics and six of physics.
I did well 3 weeks ago after reading the replies of this thread. Can you all wish me good luck again?

You've made it this far, Lain. You have all the hopes of the imageboard riding on you, and I say that not to impress any sense of obligation, or to put any pressure on you, but rather the opposite. We anonymous strangers have dedicated some small part of our hearts and minds to wishing you well, sending out an affirming signal through the chasm of space and time. You and your success matter more than you know. So long as you do right by yourself, I think you'll come to see that--most of all when you crush these last remaining sections and put the whole thing to rest, having firmly established yourself as a national intellect...but more than that, a deeply humane one. Bon chance!

I have failed in life, therefore I wish that you fail too. Everyone who does better than me has to fail as much as I did, or more.

I've tried that mindset as well when I myself wasn't doing too good, but I didn't find it really all that helpful, because the satisfaction from seeing others fail was very fleeting and felt very hollow. But you do you, lainon, hopefully it'll work out for you in the end.

In my Swiss apprenticeship (Lehre), the goal is the Fähigkeitszeugnis. Mine is in Plant Production, and I want it now. The 2-3 year wait feels endless.
The thought crosses my mind.what if I just… forced it? Hacked the records? Even destroyed all the Berufsschulen(Schools) and Teachers so no one could hold it back from me?
But that’s just the frustration talking. I wouldn’t really do it. But I kind of want it now and where I'm doing the Lehre they abuse the Workers generally all Plant production facilities are workers being exploited and would love to change that. I'm just a guy with dreams as big as the Sky. Please somebody help me with this

Best of luck lain, im sure you will do fine.
Dont stress yourself or get lost in details, just make sure you have a good understanding of the subjects core and dont stress yourself before or during the exam, research shows people do a lot better when not focusing on the outcome.

I sympathyze, i know its not as easy and straightforward as people there want you to believe, so i can understand where you come from.
How old are you out of curiousity and which kanton are you from?
Luckly im past this crap(never got a lehre) but even when i was in school it has been tough to the point of insanity, so i dont believe the situation got better knowing how bad but still a lot less bad things were.
I dont think you should take the short route tho, working with plants is a pratical skill that you should master and not hack, it might backfire bigtime, despite the abuse you can find ways to make it worth your while and keep your yes on the prize, a paper and more importantly the skill you can get from working with plants are not to be underestimated.
You should try to make connections and practice your skills, i am a hobby botanist/biologist for some time now and i can tell you working with plants is very worthwhile.
Its just something you need to be patient with, but it goes a long way, especially when you get to more advanced stuff like growlamps and hydropnics, which i work on getting into, but i had a friend who did that stuff and it pays off bigtime once you mastered it.
Hope things get better for you, you can turn to us for advice if you think you need it.

Lainfrens, thanks for supporting me thus far. I made a mistake in my last post: I meant that today (14, which by the time I wrote was "tomorrow") was my Language + essay test and that tommorow (15, which would be "the day after tomorrow") will be my math and physics test.
Well, I don't think I went very well in today's test, unfortunately. The theme of the essay was determined by the examinators and I found it hard to reason what I thought. The theme itself was open to many interpretations. As for the Language questions, some were fine and some were pretty hard.
I'm also very anxious to tomorrow's test. I was supposed to be good at math and physics, but at best I am "competent" in these subjects. I regret being laid back throughout this year; I would surely be very prepared to the exam if I had done a little effort to study. But lamenting myself won't make a difference; I just need to ensure that I do my best tomorrow and don't make silly mistakes such as misinterpreting an easy question or making a small operational mistake.
I still think I have at least some chance of getting into uni.
