it ain't going to be bad really, honestly the idea of eating right when you wake up is kinda bizarre in a way, yeah sure eat to be replenished for the beginning of the day but at the same time it seems a bit odd, i don't know about you but i usually like the feeling of hunger so I'd just skip breakfast

i've started eating a fuarrrkton of oatmeal in the morning and my digestion is kinda sorta normal for the first time in forever so maybe consider trying that out sometime
