my heart is now facing complications, and so are my lungs. The reason I stopped smoking in the first place was because I was genuinely happy that I got accepted into university, and into my favorite major. I truly felt joy, more than at any other point in my life. For a moment, i felt like I could live forever and ever since then I’ve been enjoying it to the fullest but it seems the years of smoking from a young age have finally caught up to me lol. even now, I really am happy and content, I have absolutely no objections if God were to take my soul this very moment though I wanted to know,have you ever felt so much joy as to not be bothered by any pain,anon?

only vaguely related to the post, but I cannot for the life of me figure out who created the renmei fan-art in OP's original post. i think i felt a similar kind of joy in my previous relationship, which ended right as university had begun for me. any amount of physical pain that i had (on account of my "vices" and bad habits as well) felt trivial compared to how i felt with my boyfriend at the time. in any case, i'm happy that you were able to stop smoking and get into your favorite major. i hope that gets you places, but as other lains have said, please be realistic and get a head-start on job-hunting and portfolio-building if stable employment is your ultimate goal from all this.
