Have you guys ever heated a slice of bread in the microwave and then poured oil on it and rolled it up? I make it with avocado oil and I call it an avocado roll, its really good, and you can make it quickly like if you're in a rush or perhaps looking for a late night snack. I think its pretty healthy as well depending on the type of bread and oil used.

No, I've never done this. I toast sourdough bread and put avocado mash and sliced hard boiled egg on it, microwave it a few seconds then put bagel seasoning on it.

I sometimes set a slice of bread with butter on stove burner and make quick toast thus. Similar but different. Lazy snack either way

best is to roast cheese and bread on a roaster, you will easily get this "Heidi Bread" mentioned in Gintama episode 98

I like to just toast some bread and pour some olive oil on top, optionally put some ham or mozzarell on top, it's another nice easy snack

No but my go to snack right now is a cup of milk with chocolate flavored whey.
I just do it with cold milk and the mini clumps taste like bits of chocolate. Really comfy drink.

Not sure what a roaster is but when making a grilled cheese I usually throw the cheese on the grill first before moving to the bread. you can get it nice and melty and just a little crispy which I think improves the sandwitch

Instant pizza: toast bread in toaster and put a lot of margarine, oil or whatever on it so it won't get hard in the microwave. Put some cheese on top and nuke it until the cheese is melted. Pour some tomato sauce or pasta sauce on top. Add whatever veggie or meat topping you want.
Cinnamon/raisin treat: Toast some bread and apply margarine or oil or whatever. Sprinkle on a little sugar, a little cinnamon, some raisins, some peanuts.
Both are delicious, fast, convenient.
Instant chocolate candy: Put 4 scoops of nonfat dry milk in a very dry bowl. Add half a scoop of sugar and 1 scoop of cocoa powder. Mix it up dry so the cocoa won't clump up when you add the liquids. Then add 3 or 4 scoops of water and a half-scoop of some oil you like. I use canola oil. Stir it all up until it's smooth and creamy. Add stuff like raisins, nuts, unsweetened cereal and mix it up. Ready to eat, no cooking. Optional: mix in a little peanut butter if you don't have any nuts. You can make it creamier or thicker, it tastes good either way.
