Lainanon... You got demons or parasites, maybe both
Do you eat raw garlic?

no, i put garlic powder in my ramen though, i created a sort of spice blend that goes really well with the creamy chicken one

That's not really the same thing. Eating raw garlic is good for you, but too much can mess up your gut biome. I eat raw ginger and turmeric before I eat raw garlic and eat yogurt or drink a probiotic drink too. Though, if you eat a lot of ramen, that's not good either, unless it's rice noodles. Packet ramen is like the lowest form of food, unfortunately. Almost all problems like what you're going through can be remedied through proper diet and exercise. Do you lift, yoga, run, etc..?

I implore you too start taking care of yourself, lainon. Even just stretching for 20 min is great for your mental health. Also, eating well will give your body and mind a nice sheen.

most likely doomscrolled in the same position for hours?
grab a coffee/tea and wonder through the streets/a park nearby

No, you cannot experience physical pain from social isolation. You may feel emotional pain, and someone in social isolation will probably forget to take care of themselves leading to bodily pain such as hunger and muscle atrophy, but loneliness by itself cannot translate into physical symptoms such as wounding or disease.
There are those that seek out isolation and find joy and happiness in isolation. Whenever you think you are crazy, take a moment to consider those weirdos.

> Psychogenic pain is physical pain that is caused, increased, or prolonged by mental, emotional, or behavioral factors, without evidence of physical injury or illness.[2][3][4]
> Headache, back pain, or stomach pain are some of the most common types of psychogenic pain.[5] It is commonly accompanied by social rejection, broken heart, grief, lovesickness, regret, or other such emotional events. This pain can also be caused by psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression, which can affect the onset and severity of pain experienced.
Yes it's normal.

Could be "normal", but it's most likely caused by poor hygiene. Do you sleep well? Do you exercise? It seems you don't eat healthily, it could cause that too.
I would know, I spend days without eating meals, barely sleeping, and sitting all day.

A bad diet, and lack of exercise is a recipe for a variety of ailments. This can be fixed simply through consistent exercise and a proper diet.
Regarding exercise try and take 20 minutes out of your day each day to stretch, Cardio can also do wonders for your body, especially with a NEET lifestyle.
Food-wise try actually cooking your own meals. Processed foods tend to be high in sodium which may be contributing to your pain.

It is normal, yes.
When the mind feels good, the body becomes pleasant; when the mind suffers, the body becomes painful.
The reverse is also true: a pleasant body pleases the mind.
This is why physical yoga is a valid path. To a state of almost perfect pleasure, which can be used to put aside all earthly desires, temporarily shedding one's humanity with its limits.
The downside is that physical yoga doesn't grant as much insight into the nature of pain and pleasure and existence as most other paths.

Unfortunately I've had the physical body generate automatic "vulnerability" states to gradually destroy me, when the mind experiences nothing. It is afraid, I am not. If I reestablish contact and interaction it stops doing it. I hate it. It has nothing to do with me, it's all IT. What IT is programmed to do. Thwarting the exercise of my will.

Pleasant and unpleasant changes within the body are how humans naturally experience emotions, so there's a good chance what you're experiencing isn't nothing and you just forgot how feelings are supposed to work.
The initial trigger can be some idea; in this case, the changes come from the inside. Or the trigger can be physical damage; in this case, the changes come from the outside.
We exercise our will by cultivating proper habits for our mind so that most ideas it makes us experience are pleasant and useful. No one can just… make themselves smart and happy with a wish.
Cultivators… Inner peace…
