Make some hot chocolate. If you don't have any FamilyMart has usually. Turn up the heater at home. Start cooking something that has some moisture in the home, or if not in the mood cook something that smells sweet and good like honey-buns or cookies in an oven so that the kitchen gets toasty. Play some Christmas music from the 1960s. Pet a cat. Make smores. Can make inside. Just some graham cracker chocolate and marshmallow. If you don't got graham cracker, then just get plain unsalted saltine type crackers, melt some butter in a bowl and find a way to lightly brush the crackers with the melted butter to make one side wet, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the wet butter on the cracker so it sticks, now you got a graham cracker. Heat up marshmallow holding it away from your fingers with a small knife or metal chop stick on the fire, then before it's about to melt, squeeze it all together with the chocolate on the cracker, the chocolate should melt with the hot marshmellow on top. Now you got smores. Get under some fluffy blankets. Put on some wool or fuzzy socks, play a snowy Christmas movie. Try to eat sweets and fatty stuff while you're watching the movie. Pumpkin pie is great for the time around. OMG EGG NOG. You gotta get egg nog. If you wanna have more fun. Add a dash of dark rum to the egg nog. Now that's all pretty cozy!

All of my friends from before covid moved on past me and don't answer my messages. That was 4 or 3 years ago but I still struggling at making new friends.

If you want to train your brain to be cozy, the best way is by learning (real) meditation and mindfulness. Not the stupid "meditation" you read about in self help books or that some new age therapist who doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground pretends to know about. Real meditation brings deep peace to your soul and helps you realize that all the stuff you were worried about is really just a load of bullshit.
Cooking, or any similar activity, is actually an excellent way to practice mindfulness. Even just making a cup of tea is great for that. So you're already on the right track.

NTL but have you looked at or tried "waking up" it is almost exactly as you described mediation. Plus is email them they give 6 months for free.

food and warmth and regularity.
either have some tea or a hot broth or hot chocolate
then a hot water bottle for feet and wearing cozy socks.
also pillow for leaning with your back and watching stuff, reading or doing absolutely nothing at all

Blanket, lights off, comfy hoodie, hot tea, vidya (for me its balatro and slay the spire) on the laptop next to my bed, youtube slop playing in the background.

lao gan ma is pretty cozy to me, you can season lots of food with it, even putting it over a simple rice dish. and a little bit of weed, weighted blankets, heating pads. research chemicals.. watch a cute anime too.

Well, I think it's pretty good. The average monthly cost for my approach to food was about 435 PLN (117 USD) per person.
The biggest barrier to entry into my system was the freezer, because the air fryer is cheap stuff.
In fact, I used a can of legumes because stores don't stock them in bulk and I didn't want to buy online for the video. This increased the cost of this item by about 60-70%. Using dry chickpeas bought in bulk would have reduced the operating costs even further. Besides, I mentioned what would be worth buying in bulk. So this system can be optimized even further financially.
And I wasn't optimizing solely for cost, but also for health and minimal effort :) the magic of discovering frozen foods.
And the best proof that my system actually went through TRIZ and wasn't just "embellished with theory" is the potato. Initially, I wanted to eliminate it from the chopping process entirely, but it turned out there was no sensible reason to strive for zero chopping at all costs. I found a better solution: I don't eliminate potatoes, I just eliminate the repetition of the process.
Potatoes → ONE chopping → soup
dinners → pre-cooked frozen potatoes
This is a pretty elegant solution to the contradiction.
So, in my system, the only vegetable left to be regularly chopped is onion.
Carrots are outsourced to sauerkraut/soup.
If you have your own ideas for improving this system, please leave feedback.
