Halloween Poem

For Christmas I wrote a poem and people liked it. So I decided to do it again for Halloween. Out the Lains went to gather their candy, dressed as mathematician that drank too much brandy, Around them are kids dressed like pirates with cannons. But here are some dorks dressed as Turing or Shannon. "Trick or treat" the greasy nerds shout, "Hurry or you won't like what your printer spits out." Picking the locks and opening the gate Long until the night becomes late. In through the windows these ruffians climb, To set all your clocks to UTC-time. As you go to turn on the light, A bearded man gives you a fright. "I'd just like to interject" he begins to tout But you run away before hearing what he's on about. "How did you idiots get in my home??" "Don't you know DoorKing systems are easy to pwn?" Tied down to a table with ethernet cords, you see them take out some strange circuit boards A keyboard is plugged to a port under your hair, All you can do is wonder how long it's been there. Surrounded and left with nowhere to run, You're forced to confront the Lains and their fun. Why are you doing this? What's wrong with your kind? "Don't you worry. Soon you'll run BSD in your mind!" >:3

a really wonderful, beautiful poem, OP. I congratulate Lainchan with Halloween & thank it for being a sole normal imgboard chan left remain, across the useless unmoderated pit of darkness of other sites filled with garbage. Please keep the spirit, inspiration & community alive
