Internet Archive looses court case
Linda Lee · 2024-09-05 07:30
So IA has lost its case. Library lending books is now a crime?
https://blog.archive.org/2024/09/04/internet-archive-responds-to-appellate-opinion/
Its very possible the big publishers will slap the IA with a massive fine forcing them to shut down permanently. Since a huge amount of internet history, games, zines, books, vintage software, and a treasure trove of other stuff is hosted on the IA, what's the implications of this for the internet? What happens if it folds?
fuarrrk half of the books IA was lending were out of print and Penguin doesn't even bother publishing them and wasn't losing anything anyway.

It's all bullshit, as usual. Scripted in advance. It's all in the numbers and date numerology.

Coordinated takedown, part of a scripted reality based on numerology and ritual symbolism. There's a lot of eclipse stuff in there too (53).

How valid would it be to split an organization into multiple charities to insulate them from liability? Like could they have had their "we lend books and stuff" mission separate from their "we archive the internet" mission? Or would that be disfavored as long as they share a domain name?

Honestly surprised the IA didn't do this for their book lending program. I get that it started small and with barely any budget. Though I think it is pretty well known to most authors and book nerds that publishers are extremely cut-throat about "their" properties. It would at least help to limit the reach the publishers have concerning how much money they want to siphon from IA and IA would be able to say "this is everything concerning the publishers. this is everything concerning the internet" with no ambiguity. Now that the court decided the fates, this is all about damage control.

Eclipses are all about death and rebirth, in some cases transformation (in the sense of a larva -> butterfly). 156 is an eclipse number, an eclipse will occur somewhere on earth every 1,5, or 6 synodic months. 156. The Hebrew word for eclipse is "occlusion", it also outputs 156. "thirty three" outputs 156 and 66. The solar and lunar calendars realign every 33 years. 33 vertebrae in the spine. Jesus is crucified during an eclipse at 33 years old in 33 AD on 4/3 (sphere volume formula).
Again, it's all numerically coded. The verdict was 1556 (156) days after the filing on 6/1. 61 is the 18th prime, 6+6+6. 248 is the gematria of "Abraham" in Hebrew, or "father of a multitude". Sometimes "light of God". Does that sound like the IA to you, father of a multitude? So it was sacrificed 222 weeks and 2 days after filing. The phrase "End of the Internet Archive" matches the name they used for the library that brought forth their destruction.

I don't think the IA ever thought they'd have an issue with their book lending program because its literally the exact same thing physical libraries do and so far nobody as shut down a library for piracy, although that's probably not to far off considering this ruling. The fact they got hit with this lawsuit because they allowed unlimited borrowing during the COVID lock is just doubly sick. We ask why society is full of degenerates, a society that punishes people for doing a public service. Seriously fuarrrk this country.
Ivan Horvat · 2024-09-05 23:51
IA got used in some high profile cases to show lying criminal behavior by editing things like contractual information. Naturally that set them as an enemy to politicians and media who got caught. They have been trying to get rid of them so they can lie about the past since then.
Marly Krushkhova · 2024-09-06 08:46
>Its very possible the big publishers will slap the IA with a massive fine forcing them to shut down permanently.
Is this something that's forthcoming soon? Like a court procedure to decide how much money IA has to pay? Or has that already happened?

To be fair, this entire incident didn't have much of a point if you view it from the perspective of it being just about money or IP claims.
It's the longer-term issue that we're dealing with. More cases, more of IA's money wasted, etc. It wouldn't be a stretch to see this as the first domino in the loss of IA and, consequently, the loss of books that are so difficult to access and/or find, they may as well no longer exist.
Further than that, there are a lot of languages and cultures that could be harmed from this entire event. This is why I keep telling people to archive what they think is the most important when/where they can.

Yep, hence my invocation of "brain circumcision". What is non-consentual neonatal circumcision? Part the "maim and drain" medical-industrial model, it diminishes the individual and sensitizes them to future insult, to which they will find themselves returning for more "treatment". It diminishes the individual functionally, as it is intended to.
For the internet archive (and the broader cognitive webs they occupy in society, like easily proving that someone altered a page), this is the maim phase. The sensitization pahse. Next comes the tap and drain. Repeat until it's either a shell of its former self, hijacked, or otherwise unable to function. Forcing it to close entirely won't go over well, even with modern poisoned and sedated populations. So most likely they'll maima nd drain till they can establish chokepoints of control internally, and modulate any unwanted behavior. This would also include weakening them to the point where other censorship / history scrubbing agendas have less resistance or greater precedent.
Maim -> drain -> control.

That's why it has the 248 connection. Abraham, father of a multitude. Its case ends on the 248th day of the year exactly 222 weeks and 2 days after it begins. 222. ie 2 cubed. 2,4,8.
It's scripted.

I am. The world is my mind turned inside out, or at least it strongly responds to my pattern of attention. If I don't want winter this year, it won't occur. If you want to clear clouds just imagine the clouds are like a pressurizing blanket over you, the world is a box, and create, then hold, the sensation that you're not in a box and the world is open and clear. I do this by imagining that I could fall up into a clear open sky. Not blanket over me. Open. No box. Open. No blanket. Clear. Create and hold this state as though it were true, and it will happen.

Many prominent billionaires are Malthusians. They believe the world is overpopulated and if something isn't done then the "useless eaters" will drain all the earth's resources. That's why every corporation pumps out none stop LGBT propaganda. Do you really think Netflix is making more money by cramming unpopular gay black trans characters into every TV show? It's social engineering. Same with teaching gender ideology in schools and sterilizing children with puberty blockers and cross sex hormones.
This is what 21st century eugenics looks like.
I haven't seen any evidence that the experimental covid jabs cause infertility but you would be a fool not to be worried about it.
>>42450
>It's a copyright law related court case
There's more to if than book publishers losing a few sales. Tr*mp never would have won in 2016 if he couldn't use Twitter to circumvent the corporate media and talk to voters directly. The genocide in Gaza wouldn't be getting so much scrutiny if people couldn't talk freely about it on X and TikTok. The free flow of information on the internet is a major problem for those who was to control the narrative for personal gain.

By your logic, homosexuality shouldn't have ever existed since "heterosexual propaganda" was everywhere before, without any LGBT characters in TV shows and movies.

during trials miscarriages occurred at abnormal high rate. Close enough i guess

regular what product you get for the price you pay contract. Dont think anyone needs to lie about ToS since they can legally change it anytime. You cant hide it either afaik because eu at least has some law that you need ToS accessible before purchase or it doesnt count. I think thats why they also put a link to ToS on back of software product boxes.

Anyone talking about [X]sexuality should be required to disclose their sexual identifiers along with their other info. This would make it easier and faster to narrow down what you're dealing with.
>>42464
>during trials miscarriages occurred at abnormal high rate. Close enough i guess
Not creative enough you would want to introduce issues that cause offspring to appear normal, but to be effectively sterile. This would provide a 20+ year latency so that by the time the infertility tidal wave hit you would have either got out in front of it with a false narrative as to the cause that people would be emotionally and quasi-religiously devoted to, or, it wouldn't matter anyway, because you've effectively sterilized everyone of childbearing capacity across a 20+ year range. So maybe a few 40 year olds would still be fertile, but that's it.
Acid Burn · 2024-09-08 18:16

Also the narrative you're referencing stems from a homosexual Jewish pederast. Not so cute and impactful when it isn't put on some motivational quote image divorced from its context. Don't remember his name, might be Harvey Milk. A disgusting name for a disgusting person disguised as a "rights activist".
