Have you tried touching grass?

Sit still. Don't let yourself move at all. You are allowed to think, but don't move a muscle. It will feel like it's not working. It will feel like it's taking all night. But before you realize it, you will be waking up from a dream. You may have to sit still for up to 2-3 hours while still conscious before it works.

If you can't fall asleep naturally after multiple days without having taken any drugs then that sounds like severe insomnia. Normally the body will begin to crash after 2 or 3 days. Often even before reaching the 24h mark. If you took drugs however then stop taking them immediately. And half of the things you mentioned sound ridiculous as a first go to. How's cutting yourself going to help? Instead turn off the lights, draw the curtains shut, use a mask or beanie to cover the eyes comfortably. Consider ear plugs. Putty and wax ones are great. Make sure the bed isn't too hot and try to relax your mind. If you can't keep yourself from thinking too much then think of something pleasant. Consider some melatonin if you can't sleep for days. Don't make a habit of taking it though. If that doesn't work and you keep staying awake then consider seeing a medical professional. Prolonged lack of sleep is very dangerous and might point to a more severe issue. Good luck!

Sleeping meds Also try to be more physically active during the day, so you're tired at night.

>>40937 >try to be more physically active during the day But this guy didn't sleep for days now. I would assume they must be very tired by now. While I can talk a great deal about sleep, why it's important and how to improve it, including book suggestions like Why Do We Sleep. In the case of this Lainon all I can do is to advise to take a break from the speed and coke no matter how pure you managed to source it. And to pray it's not prions. But if you manage to doze off for even just 15 minutes then that's not it. I hope you managed to get some Z's by now, OP

>>40924 You had slept. You would have been made loco if your brain had a torture level of sleep deprivation. You suffer from poor quality of sleep and possibly not enough hours of it as well. I don't know what cause it and... > I've tried meditation, self hypnosis, overdosing on headache medicine, masturbation, self harm Ho. I do know what caused it. Stop doing that. Try physical exercise to get your body tired instead. >no, i haven't taken any drugs, So which one is it? The legality of a product don't change how it affect your body. >>40931 >You are allowed to think, but don't move a muscle. I found that thinking alone can keep me awake until morning. Refuse to think. Tell your brain to shut up and let you sleep as if it was another person speaking to you.
