Can I get student mail without appending university?

Can I somehow get mail that would be threated like student mail, so I could use student licences of software?

For the email, find a public university that has open enrollment. Enroll in the university without signing up for the classes and see if they allow you to access their student portal that comes with an email address. For the discount, some places require you to send some sort of "Current Enrollment Verification Certificate", most will probably accept a bullshit one you can find somewhere online where someone else posted theirs, just googling for them comes up with tons of images.

ecampus.uaf.edu lets you enroll wherever you are in the world and you get an .edu email.
