Many of us have trouble recovering from certain addictions:

You might think:
>Well I already have my entire life published on the internet. Everyone knows I am a tech support at Best Buy, skinny, have glasses and black hair.
But that's where you're wrong! It's NEVER too late to stop using social media! If you stop now, in 10 years from now it will be almost impossible for anyone to correlate your soykafposts to your driver's license. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok will be dead and their data lost to time (it's actually really expensive to store that).
Even after 1 year, you may publish an internet article, or play a video game. Under a random pseudonym, and even if you were popular in your high school, nobody will recognize you on these mediums.
You might think:
>Well I have chosen the social media life. My day starts with checking up on social media. Then I do some menial routine. Then I get an idea in my head for the next Youtube video. Or I'm a Facebook person and I post what I did on a continual basis to my Facebook so my circle can see that I'm cool and stuff.
BUT THAT'S WHERE YOU'RE WRONG AGAIN
All you have to do, is delete your Facebook account. It may be shocking to your circle for the next 5 microseconds, but once they are over this it will be back to normal life. And your life will be back to normal. It turns out you weren't actually gaining anything from the text "600 followers" being shown on your screen. Your life will be EXACTLY the same. You will wake up, eat up some form of media, do menial routine, and come home and do cool things. But now it will be different, you can do cool things more for yourself instead of scheduling them around what you think some follower wants.
