I'm an American living in Turkey. I used to hate it here, now I don't feel much of anything anymore. I came here when I was underage, I can probably return to America next year and be homeless there.

Just finished a stint in a small rural village in the Middle East and now I'm back to being a NEET again.

Polish lainon here. Some people are saying lies about how bad living in poland is, for a decent person its still one of the best countries to live in Europe.

Most people like Antalya, I haven't ever stayed there long enough to form an opinion of the place, but it seems nice. Istanbul is a soykafhole. I've walked all over Ankara, there's a lot of Americans there, I didn't like it there.

A noticeable phenomenon is that lainons often reply with dense, lengthy and thoughtful text, something rare on reddit and even more rare on 4chan.

there was already an irl/meetup thread for this ig I'm from Brittany, a (yet to be) country west of france. Not going to dox myself, let's just say I'm from upper brittany, the part where we speak gallo and not brezhoneg. The culture I understand the less in the world is probably United Stater culture. I feel very close to any national independance movement around the earth.
