So I caved and allowed myself to consume a little olive oil today. I think it should go without saying, but I feel like complete soykaf. I wanted a little variety compared to my normal diet and figured maybe if I got the fancy extra virgin cold pressed olive oil it would be raw, healthful, and actually what was on the bottle. I'm not sure where exactly it went wrong, but I feel terrible and wish I never even thought of it. my thoughts have been scattered and I'm feeling the urge to stress masturbate. I don't really have anyone to say this to either, so I was forced to choose between making a post here or telling this to chatgpt only for it to respond in a cunt matter of fact tone how olive oil is actually healthy for you. and it should be, but most stuff labelled as olive oil, even the fancy high price stuff in a glass bottle that comes from italy, isn't. It has probably even been heated.
I am trying to calm down by telling myself this was just a temporary lapse in judgement/health and things will be better tomorrow, but I feel bad.
anyways what did you eat today lainon? when was the last time you ate something that made you feel terrible?

Why not try artificial vomiting if it's unbearable?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well after consuming olive oil. While olive oil is generally considered to be a healthy fat and can be a part of a healthy diet in moderation, it's possible that you may have had a negative reaction to it.
It's important to note that even high-quality extra virgin olive oil can cause discomfort in some people, especially if they have a sensitivity to it. Additionally, consuming a large amount of any type of oil in one sitting can be difficult for the body to digest and may lead to feelings of discomfort.
If you're experiencing symptoms such as stomach pain, nausea, or diarrhea after consuming the olive oil, it's possible that you may be having a mild allergic reaction or intolerance to it. In this case, it's best to avoid consuming it in the future and consider speaking with a healthcare professional if your symptoms persist or worsen.
In the meantime, focus on staying hydrated and eating gentle, easy-to-digest foods to help alleviate any discomfort. It's also a good idea to keep track of any other foods or substances that may cause similar reactions for you in the future.

I always buy Australian made cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Italian and Spanish oil is adulterated with cheap vegetable oils, but we have standards that are actively enforced.

>anyways what did you eat today lainon? when was the last time you ate something that made you feel terrible?
I eat almost exclusively raw red meat. Yesterday I had some eggs, and I felt crummy afterwards, so no more of that for me.

I eat mostly meat and vegetables, but the last time I ate food that made me feel suspect afterwards was when I ate Panda Express. It made my stomach turn, as I don't eat fast food. I like chicken and broccoli with carrots and asparagus. I can eat this every day and my body processes it very well. I have much more consistent energy, even though I perform worse in terms of short term intense physical exercise. I prefer animal fats, but I never have any problems using olive oil. It's vegetable oil that upsets my stomach.

that is my usual diet actually. I had used the olive oil to make a steak tartare kind of thing. I just wanted a little variety and convinced myself that it could be raw, but I just felt terrible from it,

I am a food chemist and olive oil is by far the most forged food there is, actually good olive oil starts at 25$ for a litre, most wine is cheaper.

Today I had fried rice with carrots and peas, it was good.
Any time I eat red meat the next day I have the kind of stomach cramps that make you wonder how you forgot this much pain is possible, sweat profusely and almost pass out. This is because it's expensive and I went without it for a few years so my gut biome or enzymes or whatever can't handle it anymore, I think. Something about the way digestion works means eating things your body isn't used to can cause problems.

Lainchan is getting raided by soyjack spammers

Yeah there's some fuarrrking dumb soykaf going on. The webring thread got purged too.
>>36486
It happens every so often. The entire fuarrrking drugs board got flooded with soyjack soykaf a few months back. I think they just target this site specifically because it's not faggy post-ironic modern internet soykaf.

you probably had some bad vegetable oil. But even then, what's the point of making this thread? There's problems with it when there's oxygen trapped in the bottle with it or it's just fillers and not real olive oil or you simply had an excess of it, but that'd be expensive. Proper olive oil is healthy, just like small amounts of wine that has no anti freeze or a mediterranian diet. Just be reasonable.
Anyway, I often start the day with 4 eggs and bacon and a coffee and that works well for me.
>inb4 hurr but durr cholesterol
The soyence on that changes every day while I keep getting my fill of bio compatile proteins. Best think you can do is to cut all the corn syrup.

Reminds me of something similar happening on 4chan for a long while now. Let's hope glowies ain't ruining this half way decent niche board that's all about things that they don't like private individuals of doing. Like using alternatives to their backdoored pozware.
>>36486
Do you have any confirmation on this? I've visited their board once, it felt like a bad fever dream after one having browsed kym for too long. Those soyjack.party niggers seem to be living in a kind of hell of their own. Sad.

Oh, I see.
Still don't get why they purged some threads and posts. Some were of no value, but definitely not everything and it looks real bad in contrast to what happened right after.
I don't do social media and 4chan is unbearable so it was a nice place to speak my mind somewhat freely and get other Lainons responding mostly speaking their mind whether we agreed or disagreed. Well, even if that means that this freedom is slowly dying, it was nice to be here for it, however short it lasted.
PS
After a bit of thinking I guess it was like a "Never let a good crisis go to waste" emergency power grab so they just deleted things that didn't suit lainchan in their opinion.
I'll keep that in mind when posting from now on.

What is with the weird paranoid response to threads being pushed past the last page? Unsure if well-poisoning or just stupid. We had to recover from the last backup, a lot what was lost between the spammers deleting threads via creating new ones and pushing legitimate ones into the trash and recovering from almost two months ago.
I wouldn't worry about freedom here, just don't break the rules and you will be fine with whatever ill-informed opinion you probably have. I don't personally care if you are a nazi, jew, commie, etc. just don't be retarded. polite sage, if you want to continue the conversation and talk about how fuarrrked everything is >>>/q/
