Tips for lainon to lose weight

Eldon Tyrell · 2023-03-08 10:20
I'm currently like 175cm/100kg. I want to start diet just by eating my caloric needs and nothing more. Any tips for me? How do I keep my self discipline? What products should I avoid? Also I wanna build good habits to avoid the jojo effect this time
Nguoi La · 2023-03-08 10:47
>>34963 >Any tips for me? * Don't overthink it. Overthinking will lead to failure. * Give yourself a reward for not eating poorly for some n days in a row. For example, if you want to buy a video game or book - Don't allow yourself to until you have gone one week without eating bullshit. * Don't fall into some meme diet. Yes, you will lose a lot of weight doing keto, but not everyone can do keto and you're probably one of them that cannot. * Take supplements. Look into zinc, B-Complex, and iodine. You're very likely missing one, because most people are due to how our food is today. * Do some light exercise. 10 - 15 minutes of cardio can do wonders for your. Light stretching before and after is important. Alternatively, if you do some sort of yoga/taichi/etc, that can be a solid replacement. If you end up wanting to "get jacked", look into other things later, but the important part is cardio+stretching. >How do I keep my self discipline? You just do. Like I said, don't overthink it. You go "I do not want to be fat anymore." and that's all you should need. Spite is a good helpful form, but as shocking as it may sound: it can run out. If you are genuinely really fuarrrking misproportationately large, take a picture of yourself shirtless and post it up in the kitchen or where you tend to order food. It'll serve as a reminder of what you don't want to be anymore. This doesn't work for everyone, but a little vanity can be useful in making yourself less soykafty. >What products should I avoid? Seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, sugar. There's nothing wrong with a little bit of fat/butter, just don't overdo it. Oh and make sure you are taking in proper amounts of salt, that's about 1500mg. Do NOT take more than 2400mg. You'll want to drink water, too. If you can, buy yourself a little 52+ oz bottle to keep water in. Make it a goal to drink that entire amount everyday, throughout the day. Good luck, fat ass.
Nameless · 2023-03-08 10:56
Don't eat or drink stuff that's notoriously unhealthy (coke, oreos) or do so with moderation, have a nice walk everyday for 40 minutes or so, follow this: https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/healthy-diet and this https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/eat-the-rainbow#how-to-do-it I don't think that you have to be so strict when it comes to how much you eat, it's more about changing what you eat to less caloric and healthier stuff that will actually provide you better nutrition.
Shogun · 2023-03-08 10:57
one trick I like the idea of is to just try to carefully track food consumption and calories. Ideally this adds a significant hassel onto eating things so you'll do it less.
Yet Another Lainon · 2023-03-08 11:14
>>34963 Don't count calories. It's not a thermodynamics problem and your body isn't a bunsen burner. Focus on food content. Something that containsa lot of magnesium, suppresses appetite, increases energy, and biases the body towards lipolysis and conversion of white to brown adipose like raw cacao may be helpful. >>34965 Definitely don't follow this advice. Most of the world is growing obese. Anyone listening to WHO or healthline is a fool. Instead, simply eliminate processed food to the extent possible. Cook from scratch. Eliminate grains in particular. Mild exercise, just get used to moving around more. This will happen naturally as your thyroid and adrenals come back online and insulin resistance drops, you're being poisoned by fructose probably. Buy distilled or filter your water, don't drink halogenated tap garbage. Literal poison. Get into that mindset. Don't meet in the middle. Don't be a mdoerate. Don't say a little bit of this littl;e bit of that it all evens out. No. Do it right. You're being poisoned. Stop eating poison. The other thing is destroy the myths within. For example the idea that to have good flavor food must be junk. That there is a trade you make. Offer up health as a sacrifice for pleasure. This is bullshit brainwashing from childhood. This is no such tradeoff.
Aristóteles Amadópulus · 2023-03-08 11:29
>>34965 And by the way, I skimmed the WHO article and it says basically what you'd expect. Eat tons of glyphosate and atrazine sprayed grains, eat a bunch of cottonseed, soybean, and canola oil (unsaturated/polyunsaturated) and don't eat animal fats, butter, ghee, etc, or sources of saturated fat which are what your brain is amde out of and the very thing that TRIGGERS fat burning on absorption. No no, just eat fuarrrkin glyphosate and GMO soy / canola. Oh and don't eat salt! It'll give you high blood pressure (myth). Stop citing these cocksuckers. They're deeply compromised and have been since their Carnegie and Rockefeller inception, now dominated by Gates and his friends. They don't give a soykaf about you,. retard. They're an economic and population control front. It's abolut control, not your health. What is the matter with you. Shaking my head.
Hong, Guil Dong · 2023-03-08 11:40
>>34968 >which are what your brain is made out of Rather what you body most easily turns intot he constituents your brain is primarily composed of (PUFAs, polyunsaturated fatty acids)/ And then the plasma membrane has a certain ratio of omega-3, 6, 9 it prefers, and it depends on how easily a given fat is oxidized, and how it's stored, and so on. Saturated fat is far more durable. Unsaturated is going to be rancid, hot pressed to begin with, stored exposed to light, and thus oxidized and worthless. Saturated fat, not so much. Prefer literally anything to these hot pressed soykaf ass retard seed oils. Eat the rainbow? Give me a break. What a bunch of feel good nonsense. If someone's gut is fuarrrked already they may well be intolerant of FODMAPs and so on and their microbiome can't handle these things which is part of why they're obese. So be wary of fruit consumed without its fiber content in particular. Definitely no fruit juices. Whole foods and in season, that much I agree with. I ahte this soykaf. All these "experts" and all these bullshit front organizations saturating the world with soykaf advice that benefits their political and economic agendas, and everyone just goes along with it. And they have the dark triad psychopath soykafeater gall to dress it up in "eat the rainbow!" fuarrrk them. Eat my GMO soy and canola and cottonseed, and wheat and corn and rice, fat retard! >>34963 Start reading nutrition facts labels. Don't stop eating or start dieting because it doesn't work. You can't get permanent changes like that. You need to increase the amount you walk each day and perhaps start a new hobby (like swimming). Swimming is great because it trains your whole body and you can't break your legs or back if you listen to your body and stop and stake a break when it starts hurting. Stop eating junk food (limit it to 1 time per week maximum). Stop adding sugar to tea and coffee, and stop drinking juice and soda as much. You can replace them with tea or herbal tea (i like pepper mint herbal tea) and water (note, don't start drinking too much tea and coffee). Also, avoid wheat as much as you can (it's just plain calories but delicious). If you decide to take supplements, be sure to research them well before buying. Plus everything >>34964 -sama said.

>>34994 This is actually sound advice. Stop making eating so easy for yourself. I usually only eat once a day. Food is also addictive, especially the soykaf you like the most. Literally a heroin addict asking how to stop using heroin. >But it hurts and makes me uncomfortable... There is one truth no fat person can escape: If you eat less calories then you use per day, you will lose weight. >Meanwhile, in America
Cereal Killer · 2023-03-09 08:01
>>34996 >There is one truth no fat person can escape: If you eat less calories then you use per day, you will lose weight. While this is largely true I think it depends on the person. For many people the deciding factor is genetics and it's largely immutable without medication. Like, I know someone who only eats one moderate meal a day and works out but he's still overweight.
Terzibashjian · 2023-03-09 08:30
>>34963 The easiest way to start out is to never let yourself eat more than two meals a day, which is to say pick an six-hour window and only eat during it (if real life things like a strictly scheduled job don't give you the time for two meals during a six hour window it's acceptable to make sure you consume nothing but water for at least an hour at the end and then extend the window for half of however long you went), and don't start until at least four hours after you wake up. It's even better if you can cut it in half to three; a lot of people report that so long as they avoid just sugar and carbs they physically cannot eat enough of anything they want to avoid losing weight in one mealtime. If you've got the willpower to also do a ketogenic diet that'd also be great for you, but pairing just cutting out sugars with only eating a moderate amout of food for two meals is probably the easiest way to get the first five pounds gone and get used to holding yourself back dietarily. I eat however much of whatever garbage my neurotic emotional state demands that day and never have issues with weight because I eat only one meal per day, and my previously obese father dropped something like thirty pounds at this point by just eating moderate portions of salads with meat, cheese, and avocado instead of dressing, and he's still going. Both can be done. Also I have no idea what "the jojo effect" is.
Ivan Horvat · 2023-03-09 09:37
>>34998 >For many people the deciding factor is genetics This is indeed true. i had a gf some time ago, pretty athletic person, usually did around 4 hours a day of light excercise and an almost perfect diet yet still she had a hard time loosing weight she didn't wanted to have
The Phantom Phreak · 2023-03-09 10:20
>>34998 >>35001 Afaik gut flora has bigger impact. Gut bacteria changes how much energy you can extract out of the food you consume. And it alters also what food nets you most which means perfect diet depends on your gut flora. Still even if not everyone gets same result the general rule of less food less calories still applies. The variance in how much calories you get out of food just means you need to adjust and can't blindly imitate. Also note if you train and get muscle mass your base consumption goes up. So you can eat more staying slim if you get some muscle mass.
Agent Smith · 2023-03-09 10:20
>genetics a major factor yeah this is true. I had a buddy who weighed about 275lb at a bit under 6 feet. He kept dieting and dieting, and just a very active guy in general. Once went on a week camping/hiking trip with him and seriously he didn't eat a bite but still managed to put on a little weight if anything. He says his dad was the same way till he died around 750 pounds after a six year fast.

>>34996 Again,. your body isn't a bunsen burner. It's not a thermodynamics problem. Calories in vs out, metabolically speaking, is so variable and vague that it's useless. Calorie counting is nonsense. I've never been overweight. You think that's because I count calories? Never in my life. Never will either. Just eat properly, the microbiome will stablize, your behavior and baseline movement will rework, and your body will no longer prefer white adipose. Your body takes care of the rest. God I fuarrrkING HATE calories in vs calories out. Stupidest bullshit I have ever heard!
Tank · 2023-03-09 12:09

XERXES · 2023-03-09 12:20
>>34963 The most easy, braindead way I've found of doing it is to just eat one meal a day. As long as you're not eating exclusively sugary fried soykaf every day, you're guaranteed to lose weight as long as you don't cheat. Which is to say, no snacks (unless in rare emergency situations, like having to drive a car for 8 hours past the 20 hour mark since your last meal), and no soda. Tea helps, especially green tea. The warmth makes your stomach feel better, the tea has stuff that makes you feel less hunger, and the caffeine makes up for the tiredness until you get used to it. Downside being, it's hard to eat out with friends as it's either going to be hard schedule-wise (waiting 24 hours between meals is fine, waiting 36... not so much), or it's going to look ridiculous as you eat twice as much as everybody else. Pure licorice (as in, licorice root boiled down without any additives, like the Italians do) can also help, if you're used to sugar. It's sweet after you get used to it, but it doesn't have much in the way of calories and it's just a natural substance that's been used for centuries, not some research chemical that's gonna give you cancer.
brick · 2023-03-09 12:30
>>34963 to take a different angle, I personally am motivated way more by what I want than by what I don't want. If you don't already have some athletic activity, find one you like. If you haven't been cooking good meals for yourself then pick some veg-heavy ones and get to it. Then you can imagine a future where you are a "runner" or whatever and a good cook, and you can choose it and look forward to it, and it will be rewarding to exercise and eat well instead of a chore
Random · 2023-03-09 23:28
>>35007 Outside of what has been recognized by large govt orgs, there is substantial reason to incorporate genetics, locale and even the quality of the air you breathe. Consider even one small example here about inhaling your food (yes, literally!) Unless you think there is absolutely no nutrition in those little crusties that line your nose .. there's a large source of nutrition that goes overlooked all too often and its largely in the air you breathe. If you are the type of person to produce a lot of mucus that contains these microbes and yeasts and all sorts of goodies, you can guarantee you are ingesting up to 1000 calories extra per day just coughing up phlegm and mucus thats trapped these poor things and then swallowing it!

>>35220 Vaccines have three main pathways to yield downstream outcomes. -Direct effects of the component meant to have antibodies produced targeting it. -Direct effects of the adjuvant and excipients -Systemic, nonlocal effects via the immune system and overall reaction to the above. There are various mechanisms. -Microglial priming -Immunoexcitotoxicity -Immunogenic damage and other immune mediated functional changes (cytokines IL-4, IL-6, priming regions of the brain for a longstanding to permanent low grade inflammatory bias) -Nonlinear dose response to excipients or adjuvants (such as aluminum at micro and nanoparticle scales) -Synergistic action with other conditons and environmental pollutants, such as between nanometals and electromagnetic fields -A cascade of system failures, forming self sustaining pathologic feedback loops. eg direct autonomic damage or disruption of proprioceptive fibers leading to pinched nerves or circulatory problems and downstream a change in gut motility with eventual "leakiness". Experiments in mice show lesioning of the vagus nerve causes increased intestinal permeability in a matter of hours. This would cause a low grade chronic inflammation, autoimmunity, so forth. Supposedly "specific" and local effects need to be viewed within the bigger picture of the body as an interconnected whole. This is little different than recognizing the connection between the eyes and the legs, the heart and the brainstem. Why would it be different with the immune system? -Contaminants, insertion of genetic material (eg "magneto protein" expressing genes), nanotechnology, biomimetics, synthetic biology The failure that was forced vaccination in the 1800's should be noted as well. This cycle is playing out again practically word for word, step for step. It really is incredible actually. The first thing that should be stated is we don't actually know what's in the vaccines. You can go and look in the vaccine inserts, look in the CDC's pinkbook of vaccine excipients, or research manufacturing methods to try to predict potential contaminants from using peanut oil suspensions, chicken eggs, aborted fetal parts, HeLa cells, monkey kidney cells, dog kidney cells, and so forth (and consider this in the context of allergy). But, you still don't really know. Hence the SV40 contaminated polio vaccines, the Cutter incident which just happened to occur as work on weaponizing polio was going on at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research. So forth. Of these doses, 35,570 possible reactions (2.6 percent of vaccinations) were identified. This is an average of 890 possible events, an average of 1.3 events per clinician, per month. These data were presented at the 2009 AMIA conference. In addition, ESP:VAERS investigators participated on a panel to explore the perspective of clinicians, electronic health record (EHR) vendors, the pharmaceutical industry, and the FDA towards systems that use proactive, automated adverse event reporting. Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported. Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported. Low reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of “problem” drugs and vaccines that endanger public health. New surveillance methods for drug and vaccine adverse effects are needed. Barriers to reporting include a lack of clinician awareness, uncertainty about when and what to report, as well as the burdens of reporting: reporting is not part of clinicians’ usual workflow, takes time, and is duplicative. Proactive, spontaneous, automated adverse event reporting imbedded within EHRs and other information systems has the potential to speed the identification of problems with new drugs and more careful quantification of the risks of older drugs. Unfortunately, there was never an opportunity to perform system performance assessments because the necessary CDC contacts were no longer available and the CDC consultants responsible for receiving data were no longer responsive to our multiple requests to proceed with testing and evaluation." Vaccine manufacturers and administrating physicians were given blanket legal immunity over 30 years ago. Vaccines are thus a liability free product. You cannot sue for them vaccine damage, instead, you have to go through a lengthy process up against DOJ lawyers in a special vaccine court. Polio was successfully treated and partially reversed in its flaccid paralysis staged with injections of sodium ascorbate and a small amount of copper salicylate. "It is to be expected that advances in physiology and psychology will give governments much more control over individual mentality than they now have even in totalitarian countries. Fichte laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished. But in his day this was an unattainable ideal: what he regarded as the best system in existence produced Karl Marx. In future such failures are not likely to occur where there is dictatorship. Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible. Even if all are miserable, all will believe themselves happy, because the government will tell them that they are so. A totalitarian government with a scientific bent might do things that to us would seem horrifying. The Nazis were more scientific than the present rulers of Russia, and were more inclined towards the sort of atrocities that I have in mind." -Bertrand Russell, The Impact of Science on Society, 1952 Zbigniew Brzezinski - Between Two Ages, 1970 https://archive.org/details/pdfy-z5FBdAnrFME2m1U4/mode/2up Page 14: Social Explosion/Implosion "This new relationship is a tense one: man has still to define it conceptually and thereby render it comprehensible to himself. Our expanded global reality is simultaneously fragmenting and thrusting itself in upon us. The result of the coincident explosion and implosion is not only insecurity and tension but also an entirely novel perception of what many still call international affairs. Life seems to lack cohesion as environment rapidly alters and human beings become increasingly manipulable and malleable. Everything seems more transitory and temporary: external reality more fluid than solid, the human being more synthetic than authentic. Even our senses perceive an entirely novel "reality"—one of our own making but nevertheless, in terms of our sensations, quite "real." * More important, there is already widespread concern about the possibility of biological and chemical tampering with what has until now been considered the immutable essence of man. Human conduct, some argue, can be predetermined and subjected to deliberate control. Man is increasingly acquiring the capacity to determine the sex of his children, to affect through drugs the extent of their intelligence, and to modify and control their personalities. Speaking of a future at most only decades away, an experimenter in intelligence control asserted, "I foresee the time when we shall have the means and therefore, inevitably, the temptation to manipulate the behavior and intellectual functioning of all the people through environmental and biochemical manipulation of the brain."" Page 252: "Another threat, less overt but no less basic, confronts liberal democracy. More directly linked to the impact of technology, it involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Under such circumstances, the scientific and technological momentum of the country would not be reversed but would actually feed on the situation it exploits. The emergence of a large dominant party, alongside the more narrowly focused and more intensely doctrinaire groupings on the right and the left, could accelerate the trend toward such technological managerialism. Such a large dominant party would combine American society's quest for stability with its historical affinity for innovation. Relying on scientific growth to produce the means for dealing with social ills, it would tap the nation's intellectual talent for broad target planning and exploit the existence of doctrinaire groups by using them as social barometers and as sources of novel ideas. Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the steppingstones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society*. In different ways, both the doctrinarian and the conservative might find the temptations inherent in the new techniques of social control too difficult to resist. The inclination of the doctrinaire left to legitimize means by ends could lead them to justify more social control on the ground that it serves progress. The conservatives, preoccupied with public order and fascinated by modern gadgetry, would be tempted to use the new techniques as a response to unrest, since they would fail to recognize that social control is not the only way to deal with rapid social change. Such an outcome — were it to come to pass — would represent a profoundly pessimistic answer to the question whether American liberal democracy can assimilate and give philosophical meaning to the revolution it is undergoing. This matter not only has relevance for the United States; it has larger implications: American success or failure may provide a significant indication whether a modern democracy with highly educated citizens can successfully undergo an extensive social change without losing its essentially democratic character. Fortunately, the American transition also contains the potential for an American redemption. Worth noting: "All patients that were born into the practice between 1 June 2008 and 27 January 2019, with a first visit before 60 days of life and a last visit after 60 days." This is after the period where thimerosal was injected at birth (neonatal hepatitis B vaccine, starting ~1991) and also after the removal of thimerosal from most childhood vaccines (before age 2, except inactivated influenza in multi-dose vials) in 1999. This removes a potential confounder when simply aggregating all of the data (though one could always separate out certain subsets). However, a key factor in developmental outcomes of the earlier generations, and a key demographic (1991-1999), is not captured. I think the data here would probably be even more telling. Adjuvants: Dose response is often highly nonlinear, dependent on the individual, and several environmental and nutritional factors. -Thimerosal Starting with wikipedia. "Thiomersal (INN), or thimerosal (USAN, JAN), is an organomercury compound. It is a well-established antiseptic and antifungal agent. The pharmaceutical corporation Eli Lilly and Company gave thiomersal the trade name Merthiolate. It has been used as a preservative in vaccines, immunoglobulin preparations, skin test antigens, antivenins, ophthalmic and nasal products, and tattoo inks.[4] In spite of the scientific consensus that fears about its safety are unsubstantiated,[5][6][7][8] its use as a vaccine preservative has been called into question by anti-vaccination groups. Due to this public pressure the substance was phased out of routine childhood vaccines in the United States, the European Union, and a few other countries in response to popular fears.[9] It remains in use as a preservative for annual flu vaccines.[10]" However in the toxicology section further down the page: "Thiomersal is very toxic by inhalation, ingestion, and in contact with skin (EC hazard symbol T+), with a danger of cumulative effects. It is also very toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause long-term adverse effects in aquatic environments (EC hazard symbol N).[22]" Citing Merck's MSDS in 22. https://web.archive.org/web/20090901160551/http://www.merck-chemicals.com/documents/sds/emd/int/en/8170/817043.pdf Shouldn't be inhaled, shouldn't get on your skin, shouldn't be ingested... yet injecting it into the muscle is supposedly fine. Mercury is also quite heavy, and it may tend to partially separate and settle nearer to the bottom of a multi-dose vial. This means delivered dose is highly variable. Lastly, childhood vaccinations are not aspirated. This is (perhaps) because the act of drawing back the plunger causes additional pain and can risk moving the needle anyway. Regardless, there is no guarantee they haven't hit a blood vessel, delivering some or all of the dose directly into the blood. http://web.archive.org/web/20030315125803if_/http://www.mercurypolicy.org:80/new/documents/WatersKrausPressRelease031702.pdf https://web.archive.org/web/20070501114941/http://www.waterskraus.com/PracticeAreas/Thimerosal.asp https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/deadly-immunity-government-cover-mercuryautism-scandal-2/

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 granted unprecedented, economic immunity to pharmaceutical companies for injuries caused by their products and eviscerated economic incentive for them to manufacture safe vaccine products or improve the safety of existing vaccine products. Congress therefore charged the Secretary of HHS with the explicit responsibility to assure vaccine safety but after a FOIA request HHS had to finally and shockingly admit that it never, not even once, submitted a single biennial report to Congress detailing the improvements in vaccine safety. Safety was never a priority , making money and controlling the market is ,companies then go on to sell the products to governments worldwide https://www.icandecide.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Stipulated-Order-copy-1.pdf Vaccination: ALL https://www.greenmedinfo.com/sites/default/files/gpub_58635_anti_therapeutic_action_vaccination_all.pdf A two-phase study evaluating the relationship between Thimerosal-containing vaccine administration and the risk for an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis in the United States http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3878266/ A positive association found between autism prevalence and childhood vaccination uptake across the U.S. population. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21623535 Commentary--Controversies surrounding mercury in vaccines: autism denial as impediment to universal immunisation. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25377033 Methodological issues and evidence of malfeasance in research purporting to show thimerosal in vaccines is safe. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24995277 Abnormal measles-mumps-rubella antibodies and CNS autoimmunity in children with autism. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21058170 Hepatitis B vaccination of male neonates and autism diagnosis, NHIS 1997-2002. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22099159 A case series of children with apparent mercury toxic encephalopathies manifesting with clinical symptoms of regressive autistic disorders. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19106436 A comprehensive review of mercury provoked autism. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3774468/ Thimerosal Exposure and the Role of Sulfation Chemistry and Thiol Availability in Autism http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3697751/ B-Lymphocytes from a Population of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Their Unaffected Siblings Exhibit Hypersensitivity to Thimerosal http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21299355 Theoretical aspects of autism: causes--a review. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21907498 Conjugate vaccines and autism. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11339848 A prospective study of thimerosal-containing Rho(D)-immune globulin administration as a risk factor for autistic disorders. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17674242 Hypothesis: conjugate vaccines may predispose children to autism spectrum disorders. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21993250 The potential importance of steroids in the treatment of autistic spectrum disorders and other disorders involving mercury toxicity. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15780490 Reduced levels of mercury in first baby haircuts of autistic children http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12933322 Cultured lymphocytes from autistic children and non-autistic siblings up-regulate heat shock protein RNA in response to thimerosal challenge. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16870260 A possible central mechanism in autism spectrum disorders, part 1. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19043938 The role of mercury in the pathogenesis of autism. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12142947 Transcriptomic analyses of neurotoxic effects in mouse brain after intermittent neonatal administration of thimerosal. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24675092 Aluminum vaccine adjuvants: are they safe? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21568886 Aluminum and Vaccine Ingredients:What Do We Know? >>35221 >>35222 >>35223 >>35223 >>35224 Thank you for your pasta! >The first thing that should be stated is we don't actually know what's in the vaccines We *don't* know or we *can't* know? In principle, it would be possible to come to a high degree of certainty of what's in a typical vial coming from a factory and why, would it not? Why do people focus so much on our lack of information rather than try to amend it? Surely there's millions of dollars of Mercer money floating around for anybody willing to take the job. http://medcraveonline.com/IJVV/IJVV-04-00072.php is the only study I've ever seen to this effect, and it seems that, like many things (food, water, air), they are contaminated with poisons, but aren't necessarily poisons themselves. >Hepatitis B vaccine induced brain dysfunction. >>Newborn C57BL/6 mice were injected intraperitoneally with HBV or phosphate-buffered saline. HBV induced impaired behavioral performances and hippocampal long-term potentiation at 8 weeks (w) of age without influence at 4 or 12w It's a well-known problem that lab mice are different from humans. >The government body which is supposed to be monitoring VAERS and producing annual reports has never produced a single one. https://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/ensuringsafety/monitoring/vaers/publications.html. You can also directly access VAERS data here https://wonder.cdc.gov/vaers.html but of course, that's all lies anyway ;) >Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported Possibly because most of them aren't considered severe enough. I don't typically tell any government body when I get sick, unless it's bad enough that I have to go to the hospital. >Vaccine manufacturers and administrating physicians were given blanket legal immunity over 30 years ago. Vaccines are thus a liability free product. Indeed, this is something I am fully aware of and I think in itself is good reason not to trust a pharma company to produce vaccines. However, the claim that vaccines are poison does not necessarily follow from this fact. >Flu shot has been shown to be largely ineffective, completely ineffective over 65. Doesn't mean it's poisonous. >Polio itself only became an issue after other vaccine Bullshit. The polio epidemic was the worst in American history in 1952 and widespread vaccination didn't happen in the US until 1955. >Think about those in your family who are dying of cancer in their 40's to 60's Can't think of any, actually. >Risk of severe side effects: >Infection in fully vaccinated children, increased susceptibility to other infections after vaccination, role of the vaccinated as asymptomatic carriers or "resevoirs" All well-established, just as the fact that vaccination reduces overall rates of the infectious diseases they're designed to prevent is also well-established. Frankly, I think you just give the people at the top too much credit. >I don't care about you at all Aw, I'm hurt.

Doesn't matter. You have limited access to information and therefore you cannot form a singular or coherent reality. Abandon the singular mind and linear thought. There are several models by which you can and would intentionally dose different batches with whatever, along with having them inherent disease inducing to begin with (long term degenerative disease due to metal deposits throughout the body and autoimmunity). >The polio epidemic was the worst in American history Caused by nervous system and immune system damage due to organochloride pesticide exposure, diethylstilbestrol, and mercury from various sources (eg mercurocrome). The polio virus is naturally present in feces and the feces of animals in particular. Total bullshit scam. Modern day corporate mythology. >Can't think of any, actually. So OP, have you lost any weight yet? I have been fasting since January (16:8, but its more like "minimum 16, maximum 8", so a sort of sliding scale.) I also significantly cut portion size gradually, introduced veggies gradually, and started eating occasional fatty fish. So far I have lost about 30 pounds.

Cowabunga · 2023-07-20 12:56
Do a 70/30 workout split of strength training and cardio but keep your caloric intake at 2000 calories. Having muscle increases your resting caloric requirements which your body will gain from fat in order to power itself. Also make sure that you are hitting your recommended daily intakes of micronutrients, this will help you a lot in your weight loss journey, you can achieve this by eating lots of fruit and veggies, just make sure that you eat the plant fibre as well.
The Fin · 2023-08-02 19:34
>>34974 Adding to the other Lainon, Smallpox was almost entirely eradicated by improved hygiene. The vaccination only came around at the absolute tail end of the decline. The effect it had was likely negligible. Perhaps it caused a final decline by adding just a tad more resistance, but I doubt it. The best a vaccine can do is provide short term resistance. The issue is that since they don't actually infect the body, the long term memory cells never remember the pathogens for long, and since vaccines are almost always given as a baby, your immune system gets handicapped badly from the get-go only to lose all of its short term minor resistance in a few years.

Don't eat breakfast, desperate for energy? Get any sugary fruit (dates are super fruits fr) and water. It'll take long, but won't make you feel any hunger, and most importantly don't eat and sleep directly.

Stop consuming sugar, eat one meal a day, go for walks, don't eat garbage, put yourself into a caloric deficit. If that doesn't work then you're probably genetically fuarrrked. Not fat btw, never been fat, no idea how you can become fat, I can't gain weight. If you're hungry instead of eating just deal with it, how can someone be an adult and say "I'm hungry" shut the fuarrrk up and deal with it, eat later.

My advice would be at the same time go to the gym or incorporate other ways of weight training like callisthenics. Even after losing 30 kilos you still gonna look like soykaf and remain skinny fat or ugly skeleton or gonna have way too much loose skin. Cardio wont be enough, it even might be counterproductive since it might shrink your muscles. The truth is the only way to look nice is to get some muscles. And don't worry about becoming superbuff, people train for years for others to even notice they go to the gym. Muscle cells also use more energy than fat cells so gaining some muscle mass will increase your metabolism and make you able to lose weight quicker or eat more calories and dont get fatter. Strength training also prolongs your life, reduces your biological age, is good for your brain and there are countless other benefits. Looking nicer will also reduce your anxiety.

Bumping this thread as I searched for a /fit/ related post and this was the only thing I found. Anyone has any recommendations on how to deal with microplasic load? Honestly I've been reading on some scientific literature and it bothers me how that stuff doesn't leave your body and most importantly, your brain. I hear certain vegetables, like cauliflower helps, thought I cannot recall exactly what vitamins or other specifically help with this process. I have also read that excessive cardio and sweating helps, thought that might be on the surface of your body, aka helping release microplastics absorbed via the skin. I am well aware this is might be a futile effort, but hey if I am to get dementia in my 50s instead of 40s I want to get to work as soon as possible.
