I've been wondering. If you have something you think is importand and needs to be heard (let's ignore if it actually is so for now), how could you even tell that today? I noticed you can't write about it today, because people's attention spans are too burned out to read even a page and discovery is non existent. So the most efficient medium for dialogue so far invented is already crossed off the list. We are left with either sound or video, in current landscape it would mean either a youtube video, tiktok or a podcast. Here's the issue with these things. All of them expect a regular schedule of uploads. Otherwise the platforms won't show you to anybody. Which you could still fight a bit against by splitting what you want to tell in parts. But you have to be blind to not see the resistence coming up.
When we look at tiktok you have like 1 minute I believe to talk. Which pretty much means you will say childish because anything complex won't have time to be told. Youtube can give you time for an hour long lecture-ish talk and podcast too if not a bit more. But then there goes an other form of resistance. You need to have charisma. You can't really be introverted on these things. At least not usually. You need to talk like a stroryteller and be in the national culture of your audience. If you don't believe me, when was the last time you heard someone popular, who's known for speaking, with a harsh accent on an online platform?
It just seems today to tell something you not only need to make a whole persona that's really acceptable to the public. Essentially become an actor. You also need to somehow keep churning out stuff like a machine just to be seen. It seems to me just what I wrote above could actually be a 5 minute video which might do somewhat well. But the point is I didn't really say that much in it. It's actually very short all things considered and most people will forget it because it leaves no lasting impression. How could it with it's lenght?
Is the only solution today becoming an e-celeb and then hoping people will try to scrap what you want to say by digging deeper after a video ends?

It really isn't hard, once you realize that emotion trumps logic it will all make sense.
Creating a "persona" is just playing into the hands of advertisers. There are ways to inspire a movement, but to be honest if you cant figure it out, then its probably best you don't try. I cant possibly fathom what you would deem so important, but if it isn't enough of a cause that you can convince people to put their lives on the line, them its probably better to just start a business or something if you care about it so much.

That's exactly what's wrong. You could tell anything, no matter how dumb or malicious, and so long you are charismatic enough, some people would agree with it by default. And this might not be that bad when we are talking about teen girls discussing pop stars. But You don't want politics where people have buttons to launch nukes be decided by essentially a nation wide soap opera. And that's one example but if you look this is everywhere you can think of. Youtube for instance is full of showbusiness masquerading as science, history or just plain life advice. And you don't need to be some genius to see why this is bad

Why bother asking if it's known?

This isn't true. Make a website and write about it. After enough years, it may gain a small following.

I didn't read it all but I get you, you don't need to use sound or video, just start each thread with short sentences and short paragraphs.

What makes writing the most efficient form for dialogue?
I'd think long-form video/presentations (documentaries) are more efficient. But, you're point about accents is definitely a good one.
You need the "Estuary Accent" to get on the tele here lol

People still read books, if you're willing to spend the time writing and publishing and marketing. You could probably afford to print 50 zines at a library and pick carefully who you hand them to. All the old ways of getting ideas out there are still there and they're cheaper and easier than before.
If you want to go viral with a low barrier of entry though, then social media is the only way, yeah

You'll have to make a tiktok account and make kind of funny videos explaining said thing as barebones as possible with ironic memes.
