On the last wef meeting they openly said in next 3-5 years. Might take a bit longer than 24 but its a nobrainer that gov always wants more control and centralized crypto gives exactly that.
Also reminder social credit is already real in the west for corporations. The economy is a farce, you get paid for towing the party line with printed money instead of being productive. Of course "printed money" value comes from you. So you get robbed to pay corps adhering to the mandated clownshow.
