Hello people. I have a Quick Question. Currently, im taking 1mg estrofem (at like 7am) and two doses of oral spiro one near when i take my estradio sublingually, and one in the afternoon. My Question is, would it be more effective to take another dose of 1mg estradiol in the afternoon or when i go to bed?
