NOJS Recaptcha?

Dujour · 2020-05-28 11:10
This is very terrible to use recaptcha from proxy/tor. I hate this soykaf, when you click one last picture, you need to wait 5 secs, click this picture again, wait 5 secs and after 5more repeats captcha disappears and show you "your computer automatically sends requests". What are hell is this? I used a dashchan a lot (even now). Some boards still support nojs recaptcha. And the most amazing fact about dashchan recaptcha, is that it shows the recaptcha only once (if valid). There are no blinking pictures, infinite repeats and other hell. You just click fixed 3 very simple images, and it works. I saw the source code of dashchan, but I don't have enough neither expierence with java nor time to learn how this works. I would be very happy to get help from anons, who can find a way to replace js recaptcha with nojs, similiar to dashchan recaptcha. It's even better to see extension, that replaces all js recaptcha to nojs. So, does anybody here have instructions/solution how to create nojs recaptcha, or wanna do this?

Maybe later I will post some links to the dashchan repository with their recaptcha processing.

>>17673 Are you asking to replace with an extension all captcha on websites you don't control? You can't do. If they ask you a question and you answer your own question instead the server just won't give a soykaf.

I'm just here to bitch about the fact that google recaptcha is fuarrrking bullshit. >How the fuarrrk am I supposed to know if this store with signs written in a foreign language is a "grocery" or whatever? >"Select the busses" yeah ok am I supposed to click on this class A mobile home because the AI has probably mistaken it for a bus or not because it factually isn't a bus? >What do you mean "click the traffic lights"? Are the poles part of what constitutes a "traffic light" or just the lamp itself? What about the wires? >Is a moped a motorcycle? Is it a bicycle? Is a pickup truck a car? Is a box truck a car? Plus I've meticulously clicked every fuarrrking box in a captcha perfectly and still had the fuarrrking thing tell me to "try again", probably because I block canvas data or whatever.

>>17703 I had a similar experience >asks me to click on the bus >I know its a shuttle but I have to click on it anyway to prove that i'm organic >sweating profusely >submit >says that its wrong >I wasn't supposed to click on anything >time for another try >deep breath >It's a shuttle again >dont click >asks me to try again

>>17710 I'm convinced the actual contents of the images is an extremely minor part of how recaptcha works. I keep chromium installed on my system with minimal extensions (just an adblock) for situations where my autistic firefox config refuses to render a page and i don't feel like playing minesweeper with privacy settings. Whenever I run recaptcha in that chromium browser it almost always works immediately. It's so consistent that there's no way it's a coincidence. I assume it's because I have a bunch of "resist fingerprinting" settings in my user.js and block webrtc, webgl, canvas, etc. Also... >Click the crosswalks >There's a crosswalk down the street but it's barely visible. >I mostly only know it's there from context (it's at an intersection, there are crossing lights, people in the street, etc.) >What the hell am I supposed to do here? >It doesn't even fuarrrking matter, I'm not getting through without dealing with 2-4 "try again" messages anyway. >Click on the audio captcha instead >It refuses to load, telling me I look like a bot and to "try again later" or something.

>>17711 I fully believe the patterns don't matter at all. Google AI is programmed to have a Present Day, Present Time! AHAHAHAHAHA! face and screw with you as much as possible if you don't use Chrome or do not log in to their botnet.

>>18450 >>18451 what do you mean? why does this work? >>17715 >There is nojs captcha that should work if you don't have js enabled I've noticed that I sometimes get a nojs option that's significantly less annoying than the regular captcha (it seems to be based on html forms with checkboxes instead of the full interactive recaptcha). It doesn't always show up though for some reason. Is there something I can do to make sure it consistently replaces the regular captcha? Does it require the site owner to support it?

The main problem with server-side generated capchas is the server load. Forums dont like the added load, and so prefer to delegate. However, if only someone coded a captcha that autogenerates client side it would solve most problems. But what about cheating you say, and I answer, what if the client-side generated captcha is not used by the generator, but shared to another forum user. Many technologies exist that can implement this, my favorite is a small js blockchain working in the browser. One small workload for the browser, one big step for forum users.
Pris · 2020-07-25 16:15
>>18600 Is it actually significantly more load? You're almost always POSTing login credentials at the same time anyway so you would just need to have the server compare one extra hash. I guess it could be a problem if the server was actually rendering the captcha image with every request, but a better implementation would probably be to generate a couple thousand image-hash pairs at once (perhaps not even using server resources) and periodically regenerate a new batch.

>>18504 Cloudflare briefly changed to hCaptcha which is much less soykaf and has a good nojs because Google started charging for reCaptcha but then they seem to have reverted back to the sheer cancer that is reCaptcha. For a glorious few weeks browsing the web with tor wasn't an exercise in pressing the new circuit button to get past captchas.
