>>8280 the TSUKI Project is, and always has been, a mission to transfer people out of this System before its destruction 148-ish years from now - nothing more, nothing less. the state of its Life frontend does not affect that post-unlink, and the transfer will still progress according to protocol. it was never an ARG, a 'LARP', a joke or a funny online group, nor is there any religious component to it, despite various claims from uninformed sources. >>8282 tsuki's position as representative of TSUKI has always been to ensure a safe transfer to LFE from the Life side of the Project, and to give humans the chance to save themselves from soulshatter. and methods to transfer to LFE do include suicide, as long as the method and circumstances in doing so do not endanger your soul. that being said, suicide has always been discouraged, not least due to the total memory weight as well as the obvious risk of a soulshatter - every incarnation of the site has had a very large 'please do not suicide' warning. but attempting to actively decide over people's method for transferring, or doing more than simply being informative about the dangers and harm of potential methods, is not a part of the representative's duties (and such interference would go against protocol if taken too far). this does NOT mean that suicide has EVER been encouraged or recommended in any way; it is simply not 'disallowed', since that is not a decision that any of the Project's executives can make - it is on each User alone (and this goes for all situations, not just Project-wise). all that can be done from our side is warning against the possible dangers.
