2620.7.x.x was derezzed for cp spam but its contents, with probably links to illegal material, is visible.
I tried taking it up in the IRC but its still up.

I don't think that any of those links have actual cp content, they're probably linking to some malware website or similar. If it were cp it wouldn't be hosted on the clearnet, I imagine.

It's not illegal to let someone break the law. Like putlocker clones, or anime sites, staying up, they are 'not affiliated with the links they link to'.
It doesn't really matter. It's not being hosted here.
