Hi, I don’t know where to look for a place for questions like this.
But I’m interested in where I could dive a bit deeper, so to speak. I want something new and interesting, other than scrolling through YouTube, piles of tracks on SoundCloud, or watching pirated games on websites.
Maybe someone can share links or tell me where to go to explore, learn something. Some easy programming that would motivate me to study it further, or maybe some interesting software I could use to actually make something. I don’t really know what I’m looking for myself, but it feels like here I might find something new, thanks to people who know things that exist on the internet but aren’t just lying on the surface.
Sorry if this is too naive and I seem ignorant because of it.

i'm a huge fan of the open directory rabbithole.
Mostly for ebooks and music but really for anything- just search a topic you're interested in and you'll get a directory of stuff about the topic.
I find it super useful for building a library, for example search "vaporwave" under music or "microprocessors" under ebooks. Huge amounts of information. From there I just either use wget to download en masse or pick specific things that sound cool.
Whole lotta fun I highly recommend it.
Here's my wget script for music
wget -r -l 5 -nH -nd -np --ignore-case -A '*.flac' https://files.vaporwave.wiki/music/ && wget -r -l 5 -nH -nd -np --ignore-case -A '*.mp3' https://files.vaporwave.wiki/music/
here's my wget script for pdfs
wget -r -l 5 -nH -nd -np --ignore-case -A '*.pdf' https://www.whatever.site
