Rule breaches in bans don't match up right?

Source: https://uboachan.net/sugg/res/4268.html Somebody got derezzed permanently for a couple of rule breaches on Uboachan (after I got a misplaced ban), but apparently the image in the original post I've linked here doesn't match correctly with their rules? Interestingly, the breach that led up to the ban isn't explicitly stated. I know this isn't where I post Uboachan-related problems, but Lainchan is best when it comes to not using strong language.

>>13531 I almost forgotten. While the breach that led up to the permanent ban does not mention any rule breaches in said image, there was a YouTube link, if anyone has noticed. Take note: - I had a couple-day ban on 14.8.2025, which was because of spamming at least on one post to get some posts removed. Fair enough. - This ban I'm mentioning here came in a day later, however this one was permanent but herein lies the issue - the breach that led up to the ban isn't explicitly stated and the image in the original post I've linked here doesn't match correctly with Uboachan's rules. The image was deleted because it was a breach of "don't post gore, unless directly relevant to a discussion, spoilered, and clearly marked". (It's one of my screencaps that was used, but I don't care at all, really)

>>13532 Not explicitly mentioned anywhere, sorry. Stuff dropped like flies the moment those bans took hold, but if you can, feel free to get in touch about this.

>>13532 An update: What I've noticed was the breach that led up to the ban in OP's image is on par to the original post body, as well as the YouTube URL instead of explicitly stating what rules were breached. Yes, I know it was referring to me starting this chain of events but it's not comedic, and sks (one of Uboachan's mods) mentioned the ban was done outright by a completely different mod. And yet I'm digging deeper.

>>13537 The description mentioned in the image was referring to me being derezzed on 14.8.2025, but the bans created a huge mess Uboachan can't get out of ATM. Anyways, this is case file I've got my hands into, not a bug or glitch. Fair to say my brain hurts... oops

>>13532 Actually, the ban got revoked because the ban's details, image, and post body were, indeed, mismatched. However, Sage said 'we have has nothing to do with this imageboard", but maybe they could learn a lot from us all. I know some imageboards are rougher communities than others, and the ban in question was about criticising me and my problems, but bans, indeed, have a serious impact. Even though it was funny, I don't believe a ban (even if it's completely mismatched) can invoke humour. I had a ban in 2024 on this site for almost a month, which impacted me and how I controlled my emotions. For me, it's a serious situation for anybody.

>>13531 Since the thread was deleted, I still had archived a copy of the image for reference to this thread. As I've said before, this ban was given to somebody else on Uboachan permanently, but then it got revoked. The breach that led up to the ban was about them referring to me, instead of explicitly stating whatever rules where breached.
