Alternate Languages?

Whats the current stance on foreign language posting ? I know we have long had the russian subcommunity but with the fourchan exodus I've been noticing a significantly growing number of foreign language posting where previously nearly everything was english. If I report these will you axe them or can you clarify the rules/admin stance on this problem ? FWIW I think this should be cracked down upon, most of these people are afaik proficient in english and can make threads that are easily accessible to the entire community, and if they are not proficient in english then I can't see why we should want them to come here at all for they can never really be part of the community.

>>13339 I replied in an earlier /q/ thread. But posts with sufficient English to be moderated are fine. Posts that are purely in a language which can't be moderated will probably be deleted as a Rule 7 violation, given the previous 4 types of spam we have had that used foreign languages, as a bypass mechanism. If there was a larger staff base with additional language skills we could look at supporting some foreign language threads in future, but that takes time to develop.
