Excuse me, could I ask why my thread on /hum/ get deleted? Was it because it was off-topic to the board despite me trying to reply to an old thread? Apologies in advance if I broke other rules. Thanks.

I should delete the original thread, the only reason I let the original thread live is because of a spammer that is trying to be anti csam spam has a thread in /q/ (which I also should delete, because managing csam on other altchans is a Rule 7 violation), but I have let exist to stop them from generally spamming our /q/ with the same thread, because they think that have found the ultimate anti csam tool (they haven't). Your post wasn't sufficient to stand on its own or as a repeat / duplicate thread for the post you tried to reply to , additionally the image you used was suggestive / questionable. Your post doesn't elaborate on its opinions it just tells a story without content and then says, it is the Russian's can't you guess , because the story doesn't actually tell you who it was or why it is was.

It's a topic of great interest to me and I wished to start a discourse, but I can agree with you that it appears the original old thread is not fit for the overarching board subject and belongs somewhere else. I was also drunk when writing the thread. I will continue to lurk more and appreciate you elaborating in detail in this instance.
